Great Possibilities, some snags
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms, excellent bed and unique sofas. Comfortable Bistro for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The radio clock in the room had the completely wrong time which I couldn't fix; they said they'd send an engineer up but it was taking too long and I had a guest coming, so I canceled that. Also, some other guests down the hall on my floor were loud, rude, fighting, slamming doors around midnight and again at 4 am, interrupting my sleep.

Great value, good "manufactured" neighborhood with shopping and dining
Pros:

Our daughter will attend Catholic U in the fall, and this hotel was perfect for all those trips we anticipate to DC. Very reasonable price AND free parking AND cool neighborhood with fantastic restaurant choices!
