Location and bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom with good product.
The staff was excellent and very on point. But the bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. The AC broke so we were moved to another room. Breakfast was good but could have been better if there was bacon, oranges, and if the scramble was cooked well. But other than that, we loved the staff and the coffee station. The gym was clean and practical but no leg machines. I’m not trying to complain by all means but giving my honest review. Loved the fact that it was dog friendly

The bed was lopsided and noisy. the smell in the room/carpet was horrendous, and didn’t like that there was no variety with the breakfast. Sausages 3 out of 4 days.

breakfast was nice. Nothing else was nice about this one night sleepover. I feel like I was ripped off in all honesty. I did NOT get what I paid for
I stood in rocky mount the night before is why i signed up and joined your program only to be disappointed in CT. they were rude as rude as it gets, it was late at night or i would have left, in fact if i didnt prepay by booking.com i would have left. Thats how rude front counter was. I arrived and was alone for about 5 minutes until a young women showed up, she was mad and treated me terrible. I am not sure if i will stay at a Hampton again now. Thats too bad as my 1st night in Rocky Mount was so nice. In ct, they didnt even offer water or a bag to go like they did in NC. The breakfast ladies were excellent at both stops it was the front counter that turned me off. The elevator buttons are so damaged you cant read the #'s. I spent $230 for one night, I expect it to be perfect. You ripped me off and as I say above, I doubt I will stay at your hotel again because CT experience was so awful.

There was an open duct under the sink that my cat crawled into. Luckily she was hungry allowing me to entice her out. Very dangerous as she could have been stuck
