This location was small the lobby was small the breakfast area was small the rooms were very small but the house keeping staff was amazing never have I ever stayed at a hotel where they clean and bring in fresh towels daily I was extremely impressed on how fast how well and how often they were cleaning the rooms it was the very best part about our stay they deserve a raise for sure because they do their job and they do it WELL I would stay here again just for them to be honest and the hot tub that was a 10 out of 10
I did not like the size of the room and the out dated everything in the room that wasn't worth the money I paid to our long weekend stay at all but the house keeping staff made up for it with their great service

The breakfast
The location was decent and the coffee was decent - the front desk people were decent.
The first room they gave us the air conditioning stopped working - and the staff had to contact an engineer - who had trouble communicating with the staff because of a language barrier. Once they figured out that the air conditioning unit was not working they had to call the General Manager - who insisted that the air conditioning was working fine - according to him looking at his laptop computer - mind you the General Manager was not onsite and was away on vacation - the four people in the room who were standing in front of the air conditioning unit were all telling him that the air conditioning unit was not working and he was being an absolute jerk insisting it was - finally the staff member moved us to another room where the air conditioning was working. The next obstacle was an alarm going off around 12:30 at night and waking us up - and after the alarm finally got shut off and we could fall back asleep it went off again and woke us up - hence, allowing only a few hours of sleep. The next morning we could not open the blind in our room to allow any sort of light (as the room itself was dark with the only lighting in the room) because the blind mechanism was broken and not working. Showers were lukewarm and when we finally were going to check out we were never directed as to where to go eat breakfast or anything. The hotel itself needs major updating - very outdated and the rooms are dark and dreary. I would never return to this hotel and plan on reporting the general manager (the one who was not on premises who insisted the air conditioning in the first room worked just fine - although the thermometer in the room red 75 and the engineer confirmed that he air conditioning unit was not turning on at all). Overall a very unacceptable experience!!
Location and bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom with good product.
The staff was excellent and very on point. But the bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. The AC broke so we were moved to another room. Breakfast was good but could have been better if there was bacon, oranges, and if the scramble was cooked well. But other than that, we loved the staff and the coffee station. The gym was clean and practical but no leg machines. I’m not trying to complain by all means but giving my honest review. Loved the fact that it was dog friendly

The bed was lopsided and noisy. the smell in the room/carpet was horrendous, and didn’t like that there was no variety with the breakfast. Sausages 3 out of 4 days.
Nice facility, clean, polite staff, decent buffet breakfast and excellent location, with restaurant very close & “Pet Friendly.”
