Cons:

It was not the fault of the property but we were without water starting in the wee hours Saturday morning. It caused us to have to leave a rail early. I understood that the reservation was non-refundable but this seems like it might be an issue that was an exception. Please email me if you will consider a 1/3 refund.

It was convenient to where I had to be for an event but I won't stay there again.

It was textbook Hampton, very nice, clean, very friendly staff, breakfast options were great except they did not offer bananas.

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced @ a Hampton before. Way too hard. The breakfast did not offer bananas, very disappointed.

Cons:

Didn't stay! I put in Glenville WV and it took me to Glenville NC. On the submit sheet it doesn't show stay. After booking i put directions in my phone to see how long the drive would be and realized it was the wrong state. Called immediately and they said since it was so quick since booking they would refund me. Then said Booking.com had to do it. Booking.com said they had to. I was never refunded. I will not use Hampton Inn or booking.com moving forward!
