Also, toilet seats need changing to soft close, it sounded super aggressive when closing.
A lovely hotel very clean and tidy a very good selection of this to do gym pool sauna and easy access to the town of Hull using the train, room on my stay was large coffee tea and on offer and lovely shower too and view of humber bridge, as for the staff lovely friendly and helpful smiling and Lynsey how was on the breakfasts very morning great with warm welcome greet, made you feel at home and went above and beyond her call of duty a lovely women indeed and evening staff were lovely too could fault them at all.
great experience in village hotel hull. clean and quiet, and you can see the river right out of the window. the staff here are quite nice, especially Lindsay Creviewl. I stayed here for four days, and she is always there with a warm smile on her face. Lindsay, 谢谢！
Had a great stay at the hotel as always. The restaurant was extremely busy at breakfast, as there was a very large party staying at the hotel. However, the service was exceptional as always by Lynsey and the team at breakfast. Lynsey made sure that we were looked after and the service was fantastic as always, thanks Lynsey.
Popped in to meet a friend for lunch who goes to the gym here. Lindsay was absolutely lovely, who looked after us very well, and Manny “King of Spuds” lived up to his name as we both had outstanding chilli cheese jacket potatoes. Thank you so much!
Convenient location, friendly staff.
Room was too hot. No air con, we had a fan that blew hot air around. Took a while before being served at the bar as staff appeared to be talking to each other several times

Breakfast was reasonable
On arrival I was surprised there was no AC, parking was charged and breakfast was extra. My Search with booking.com I has specified AC and breakfast to be included. I had to go to the bar to order a meal where 4 staff were just chatting. My order was taken eventually. I wanted a bitter shandy. But I got ''can't do that''. Ludicrous. My too expensive burger was edible but overdone. Not a good experience.
The room was large and comfortable including a large comfy double bed. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.
The staff were very good from start to finish through their friendliness and professionalisim.
That there was no air conditioning or an empty mini fridge as the room temperature reached high 20's to 30c during my stay.
The desk chair felt like it was about to collapse.

The room could give been cleaner, cobwebs and dust and shower plug was grimy. Also noisy in the morning with music from the gym..
