Ne-am simțit minunat.
Pros:

Camera a fost mare și curată cu un pat în care am dormit excelent. Micul dejun a fost printre cele mai bune și rafinate și ne-a făcut să începem fiecare zi într-un mod minunat . Personalul a fost mereu de ajutor și foarte atent la nevoile călătorilor. Mulțumim pentru calitatea serviciilor primite !
Locația este de asemenea foarte bună.

Cons:

Кровать в двуспальном номере маленькая
Душевая кабина протекает наружу, после душа пол в ванной мокрый - собирается лужа. Сантехника не первой свежести - с ржавчиной и т.п. Туалетная бумага низкого качества - прям сильно дешевая какая-то.
Телевизор не работает нормально - постоянно теряет сигнал, на пульте задняя крышка прикручена саморезами :)
Слышимость высокая в номере - слышно даже как закрываются соседние двери или как соседи принимают душ. Сильно слышно шум с улицы - а в пятницу там до поздна гуляли в кафешках прямо под окнами.
Кондиционер в номере шумноват, переключается только на стене - уже устаревший и похоже, что давно не чистился.
По поводу спа, которое включено в стоимость - это на самом деле уловка. В реальности им воспользоваться не представилось возможности, т.к. реальное время бесплатного использования совпадает примерно с временем завтрака. А вне этого периода - цена 65 евро или больше.

В комнате темно, окна выходят на стену близко расположенного дома. Сам номер был как-то необычно маленький.

Отель оказался намного ниже ожиданий.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Vilnius
Pros:

The location is wonderful to experience the true Oldtown spirit. The hotel is an extension of that feeling. From comfortable rooms to an excellent restaurant, this property offers all for a memorable 5-star stay in the heart of Vilnius.

Puiki lokacija- miesto senamiestis, visur galima nueiti pėsčiomis.Labai gražus, romantiškas viešbučio interjeras, maloni atmosfera,nedidelis dydis ir išplanavimas suteikia viešbučiui ypatingo jaukumo.Puikus maistas pusryčių metu, mandagus ir paslaugus personalas, jaukus viešbučio restoranas. Pasveikinimo šampanas kambaryje ir vanduo su saldainiais maloniai nustebino.(Pasirinkus geresnės kokybės dvivietį kambarį).
Taip pat kaip didelį pliusą ivardinciau lyginimo reikmenis ( lygintuvą ir patogią lyginimo lentą). Geresnės kokybės dvivietis kambarys buvo reikiamo dydžio, gan erdvus ir patogiai išplanuotas.Taip pat pliusai- jog kambaryje buvo tapkes ir chalatai,.Labai patogi didelė lova ir pagalvės, gerai veikiantis karštą dieną atgaivines kondicionierius - dar vieni pliusai.
.Viesbutis tikrai atitiko mano lūkesčius, ir iskyrus žemiau išvardintus kai kuriuos trūkumus, tikrai rekomenduociau jį kitiems.

Cons:

Vonioje dviems žmonėms buvo paliktas tik vienas mažas buteliukas ( mėginuko dydžio) dušo gelio 2dienoms, kurio net vienam žmogui dienai neužtektų.Sia problemą personalas išsprendė apie ją pasakius.
Taip pat labai keista, kad Lietuvos sostinės viešbutyje didžioji dalis personalo beveik nekalba,ar labai sunkiai kalba valstybine lietuvių kalba (iskyrus antrą viešnagės dieną dirbusi registratūros darbuotoją, kuris sklandžiai kalbėjo lietuviškai).
Taip pat viešnagės metu viešbutyje vyko vestuves, dėl kurių garsi muzika skambėjo iki 3 valandos nakties. Renkantis prabangų viešbutį, tikimasi ramios komfortiškos viešnagės ir poilsio naktį ,o ne triukšmo iki paryčių kaip bendrabutyje, todėl apie tokius renginius turėtų būt informuojama klientus, minėtomis dienomis rezervavusius viešnagę, kad svečiai galėtų apsispręsti, ar norės viešnagės tokiomis aplinkybėmis, ar geriau rinksis kitą apgyvendinimo vietą.
Taip pat norėjosi geresnio apšvietimo kambaryje.
Išskyrus išvardintus minusus, viešnagė buvo maloni, o viešbučio pliusai kompensavo minusus.Tikrai atvykciau dar kartą i ši viešbutį.

Établissement bien situé
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est bon l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter à pied la ville et les sites touristiques.
Idéal pour visiter les villes environnantes et se rendre à la gare routière ou ferroviaire à 15 a pied .
Les restaurants sont à proximité de l’établissement
Le personnel est accueillant le décor est d’époque , charmant et un peu dans son jus.

Cons:

Pour un cinq étoiles les chambres sont petites , La salle de bain est très exiguë pas de chaînes de télévision française la VMC dans la salle bain est inexistante et la climatisation ne fonctionnait qu’à 50%.l’établissement est légèrement sur coté .

Glad to stop in and not stay longer
Pros:

The restaurant staff was great (as was their breakfast). Elvira at the front desk: well, she was, to be gracious, "transactional" with us. Not a great first impression but we shook that off.
Restaurants right out the door and enjoyed dinner.
We also were encouraged by the many pro-Ukrainian expressions of support.

Cons:

Vilnius was just a one night stay and so we didn't embrace it but wanted to see it, even if briefly and shallowly. The Imperial (not exactly a fitting name, FWIW) had a nice size room, the bed was okay not great... the hotel felt like it was in its way out. It wasn't imperial in the least- it was worn and tired (as reflects by the front desk staff except for one very affable young man.... the hotel itself was at the edge of Old Town.... whose streets were so broad that it didn't even feel like a town as much as a shopping destination. Many other European Old Towns do not have internationally recognized clothing store names, as Vilnius' Old Town does.
