Patiko pusryčiai, patogios lovos.
Sutikimo keksiukai ir vandenukas.

Cons:

Didelis minusas, kad nėra stovėjimo aikštelės. Pasiūlo kur nuvažiuot, ale šalia - 50€ už parą sumokėjom.
Dušas - leidžia pro apačia - grindys lieka šlapios.

Vilnius città bellissima.
Pros:

Hotel di alto livello! Staff gentilissimo, struttura pulitissima che brilla, stanze molto ampie, con tre finestre per un'illuminazione meravigliosa e pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno.
La colazione è abbondante sia salata che dolce con cibo di alta qualità che spazia dal pesce alla carne. Struttura centralissima, proprio all'inizio di via Piles, la via principale di Vilnius che conduce a Piazza della Cattedrale, passando da Piazza del Municipio.

Eine große Enttäuschung, dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Nur Lage war super, sonst nicht mehr. Ich gebe höchste 1 Stern.

Cons:

Leider war dies mit Abstand eines der schlechtesten Hotels, in denen ich jemals übernachtet habe. Für mich ist absolut unverständlich, wie dieses Hotel als 5-Sterne-Hotel bezeichnet werden kann.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Beim Duschen konnte man sich kaum bewegen und das Wasser lief jedes Mal komplett aus der Dusche heraus. Komfort und Qualität sehen definitiv anders aus.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das Verhalten des Personals. Beim Auschecken bat ich um eine Rechnung, woraufhin die Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich antwortete: „Wofür brauchen Sie eine Rechnung? Es ist doch alles bezahlt. Sie hätten beim Einchecken danach fragen müssen.“ Ein solch freches und unprofessionelles Verhalten habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt.

Auch das Frühstück konnte in keiner Weise überzeugen. Auswahl, Qualität und Atmosphäre entsprachen keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard.

Ich reise sehr häufig und übernachte normalerweise ausschließlich in 5-Sterne-Hotels. Dieses Hotel trägt zwar offiziell 5 Sterne, die tatsächliche Qualität entspricht jedoch eher einem einfachen 1-Sterne-Hotel.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns eine große Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Necesita una reforma a fondo. Anticuado, incómodo, lo del SPA es una risa (tienes que avisar con 30 minutos de antelación para q lo enciendan), la decoración un chiste, etc.

Traumhafter Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist bombastisch. Direkt in der Altstadt. Alles sehr zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung muss einem natürlich gefallen. Alles sehr edel und ehrwürdig. Uns hat das alles sehr gut gefallen, passend zu Vilnius.
