El trato de la recepcionista Rosa fue lo que mejoró mi estancia, es muy amable y me ayudó mucho! Todos son muy amables, la habitacion genial, el desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación esta bien conectado con metro, bus o incluso a pie entre 15-30min a lugares turísticos.

Todo integra lo que me gustó más. La recepción de Oleg en el front desk fue maravillosa. Abrió las puertas de casa! Al entrar en la habitación que tiene insumos , tetera y cafetera, una botellita de agua homenaje y una amorosa esquela de bienvenida! El hotel es tan impecable y cómodo, presión del agua perfecta, baño muy limpio y de excelente dimensión. con un desayuno rico y abundante con la Sra que amable y amigablemente ofrece sus cafés en variedades múltiples. El todo, invita a quedarse!

A beautiful, small and charming hotel in a lovely building, with attention to detail and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just steps from Corso Buenos Aires, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants. Across from the hotel there is a good pizzeria and a small grocery store, while on the corner there is a tabacchi with a café, where you can also buy an area c ticket (€7.50 for daily access by car to central Milan, Monday–Friday, 07:30–19:30).

The location is extremely convenient. Lima station on the red M1 line is only 100 metres away, with Duomo just 4 stops away. Very important for us was the parking directly in front of the hotel (€20 per day, upon request). Access by car is also easy, both to the centre and out of Milan.

Communication was excellent from the beginning, especially with Mr Oleg, who was extremely kind and helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and every request was taken care of immediately.

I had requested a room with a balcony, and they made sure we had one. The room was functional and had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely for sitting outside in the morning or evening. It had not initially been cleaned as well as it should have been, but this was taken care of immediately when I mentioned it.

Breakfast was served in a cozy area, with a good selection of quality products. A special mention to the wonderful lady at breakfast, always smiling, kind and helpful — unfortunately, I did not ask her name.

We stayed in August, so the area was quieter than usual, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we felt that great care had been given to the little details and that the staff genuinely cared about their guests.
I will definitely return and highly recommend to friends and family, as well as to anyone visiting Milan.

ドアの周りにイルミネーションのような灯りが施してあったのが印象的。
ベッドサイドにエアコンが設置してあり、猛暑でもパワフルに効く。
ケトルあり。カプセルコーヒーあり。白いイステーブルのある小さなバルコニーあり。
金庫も使いやすい。バスルームに備え付けの上質なシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ティッシュボックスと完璧。
朝食スタッフも感じが良く、快適だった。
中央駅への交通機関も提示があったが、徒歩でも可。

Emplacement au top pour visiter Milan à deux pas du métro.
Personnel hyper agréable et de bon conseil.
Chambre légèrement petite mais tout à fait suffisante et bien équipée pour y passer la nuit.
