A very relaxed quiet place ideal for a break from our daily busy life! Very friendly staff who couldn’t help enough with information about places to go, the island & drinks etc
Returned last Sunday from a week at this lovely hotel. Stayed with our 21 year old grandson in rooms 205 and 208 on the ground floor near the pool.
On arrival we were greeted by the owner Zlatan and one of his staff, Paola who provided us with a complimentary drink while Zlatan explained the layout of Supetar and gave us a number of restaurant recommendations with a complimentary map.
The hotel is great for a relaxing break, very clean and rooms cleaned daily. The breakfast choices were very good and you could sit inside or in a lovely enclosed courtyard area. The garden area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and seating. Unfortunately the garden bar wasn't open, we were there for the last week of the season and the hotel was closing for the winter. You could however order drinks if you wanted.
The swimming pool is quite small, but great after a long days travelling and was never busy. It is set in a lovely courtyard with a bubble pool as well and several sun loungers.
The hotel could not be better located, being only a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the very pretty port with lovely restaurants. You can access the beaches in about 5 minutes and the water was crystal clear. On one day we walked along the beach in the opposite direction of the port and came across a lovely church. You can continue along the coastal path and through some woodland for quite a way before a wire fence ends the walk. Lovely views across to Split on the mainland.
Split is well worth a visit being only 50 minutes away by ferry and the ferries run regularly till late at night. On the day we went it was the coldest October day since records began!
A lovely friendly hotel on a beautiful island. Highly recommended.
I led a week-long yoga retreat at Villa Adriatica in early September. We were a group of 23 from the US and Canada. One of the highlights of our time on Brac was our stay at Villa Adriatica. The staff went above and beyond for us. One of our group had a medical emergency and Zlatan and his staff were there every step of the way making sure that she received the attention she needed. We had one dinner and breakfast each morning and the food, although not fancy, was delicious and fresh. The rooms were clean and attended to by friendly staff each day. Anything we needed, a staff person would be present and respond immediately. Conveniently located within a short walk of restaurants and the beach as well as the ferry dock and old town waterfront, it was a perfect place to be without a car to explore the island and surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel!
An absolutely cracking hotel efficiently managed and very clean, every day my room was turned down and refreshed to such a high standard, every day felt like I had just arrived.
Can’t fault the staff, very friendly, very quick responses to requests and excellent advice and with an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
A nice set of choices for breakfast and a very good selection of drinks are available.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzi, sauna, massage, small but really nice pool, plenty of loungers in the sun and plenty of shade to escape the sun, just a really nice place to relax.
The location is great to, a short walk to the beach, shops, plenty of bars and restaurants all offering great value and the ferry for trips back to the mainland at Split.
There’s plenty to do if you want a bit of adventure, from island hopping cruises, boat, scooter, quad’s and car hire, scuba diving, fishing trips, quad bike safari, hikes and I’m sure much more.
Or you can just do nothing! Relax, and have a very slow and leisurely break from the rat race, quiet bars where you can talk to each other without having to shout over loud music and football on TVs, great choices of coffee, other drinks and cocktails, served by the most friendly people who are always willing to engage in conversation and ready to give tips on where to go and when.
As a solo traveler it was nice that the restaurant staff took away the spare chair from my table which was nice to feel respected with consideration.
We recently stayed at the Hotel Adriatica and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The facilities were great all round.
It’s a 10min walk into Supatar which has a great selection of bars and restaurants.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, honestly they couldn’t be more helpful. Whether is needing beach towels, local recommendations or booking trips nothing was too much trouble. Both my husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay.
Have just returned from 10 days @ Villa Adriatica.
Location is great - just 5-10 minutes walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants & beaches.
15 minutes walk to harbour, ferry & bus station.
Our room with garden view was a little cramped but cool & modern.
Bed was more comfortable than at home !
Buffet breakfast was really good & maid service was exceptional.
Pool & grounds were well maintained but there would be more atmosphere if bar was open & some background music playing.
Zlatan & his crew were welcoming, friendly & couldn’t have been more helpful.
Great place !
Arrived at this beautiful hotel on Brac and stayed for 1 week in early Sept. very clean, great GM, lovely staff. Walkable to everything the town has to offer. Such a nice relief from the chaotic energy of Split, but close enough to visit the city or other islands, beaches and villages. Definitely recommend this villa for a ‘no problems’ experience.
The hotel is located on a quiet side street a few minutes walk to the supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the harbour and 15 minute walk to the ferry port and bus station. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with crystal clear waters. Take beach shoes as it is shale/shingle. Zlatan greeted us upon arrival at the hotel with local figs and a drink! He was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, as was Irena. A WhatsApp group is set up solely for individual guests and is always answered promptly. Lots of information is given on the WhatsApp group, including trips, ferry times, car rental. You can also order drinks (Euros only). Beach towels were provided and if changed, there was a 2 euro charge. The room was clean, nicely furnished, plenty of storage and coathangers with 2 large single beds converted to king size (slightly firm mattress). Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. I would recommend taking your own hairdryer (if needed) as the hairdryer is a fixed wall mounted one and not very powerful. A Kettle, tea and coffee were provided and replenished daily. There is a stocked mini bar with a price list. We put our own drinks in the fridge from the supermarket. The supermarket has a loyalty scheme (QR code outside the door) and is worth signing up for as it saves Euros! Good breakfast with a selection of hot items, cereals, breads, cold meat and cheese, freshly filtered coffee, a selection of tea bags, milks (including Almond milk), melon, jams, seeds and nuts. A lovely courtyard if you prefer to sit outside for breakfast. A small pool. 2 hot tubs (payable), a lovely garden area to relax in, especially in the late afternoon sunshine. The perfect place to relax and chill. Thank you all so much.
This lovely boutique hotel is in a great location in Supetar- easy walk to the beaches, restaurants and ferry yet in a quiet, private neighborhood setting. Our room was spacious, comfortable (especially the beds) and clean. Breakfasts in the light filled courtyard were wonderful. The hotel staff are incredible. They accommodated our every need and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived.
This place is a hidden gem. The hotel was perfect for what we’re looking for. Me and my friend spent a week here and it did not disappoint. Room cleaned everyday, a good choice for breakfast and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a small hotel and the staff were excellent. Hopefully see you again next year
We had a lovely week at the beautiful Hotel Villa Adriatica. After a warm welcome with a local drink and figs, Zaltan the very friendly owner chatted to us and advised us about local places to eat and trips to consider. He gave us a map which was really helpful. We went on a Safari type trip he recommended; Feel and Taste Brač. We had great fun touring the island in a 4x4 Austrian army vehicle with our fab guide.
There are beaches close by and the main centre of beautiful Supetar is a short walk away.
In the Reception area there’s trip information and bus timetables which were really handy for trips to Postira and Milna.
The hotel was always immaculately clean and our lovely room looked out to the garden.
The buffet breakfasts were good, offering a wide range of hot and cold food.
The pool was cleaned every day and was spotless. I enjoyed swimming lengths most days.
Thank you to Zaltan and all the helpful, friendly staff.

Zlatan & his wonderful team can't do enough for you & took time to give us plenty of recommendations & provide a map of the resort. They are available 24/7 to cater for all your needs & all are welcoming & friendly. Quiet hotel with spacious, very clean rooms, good breakfast & within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars, beaches & port. There is no bar at the hotel but staff are happy to bring drinks to the pool area at any time. Zlatan organised 2 trips for us, one boat trip & one 4x4 which are both highly recommended. We took ourselves over to Split on the ferry one day too which was straightforward. Stoney beaches are clean but you will need water shoes. Would happily recommend this hotel. 👌
My only regret about this place is that I didn't take more pictures. My partner, Ashleigh and I had the pleasure of visiting Croatia for the first time and we adored it but that still didn't manage to take any of the shine away from the level of service that we received in Villa Adriatica and they still managed to stand out.
The rooms were spotless, the facilities were great, the breakfast had plenty of options and "above and beyond" is the key term that I'd use to describe the staff.
Zlatan, Paola and their team made us feel welcome right away, offering us some Croatian home produce and explaining pretty much everything that there was to know about being a tourist in the local area. They helped us to make reservations, picked out the best restaurants and companies to tour with (without bias I might add) and made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. They got back to us quickly about everything and their knowledge was invaluable. Not to mention they all speak excellent English which was very helpful considering our Croatian skills are not so great!
The location of the accomodation is fantastic - it's about 100 yard walk to the beach, a slightly longer walk to the center and the ferry to Split is the easiest thing ever to catch so we felt like we had the option of Brac (a nice balance of gentle day/nightlife and beach relaxation) and Split (a much busier and more dynamic environment) at the drop of a hat. Tours run from Brac as well so you don't even need to hop to Split in order to indulge in further adventures.
Any time we missed breakfast (due to tours or travel) - the hotel team made us a little packed lunch so that we didn't miss out on breakfast value.
My only friendly warning is that Croatia likes cash and there is a tourist tax that is added on at the end of your stay. This isn't something that the hotel imposes. It's a government thing which not everybody knows about so leave some aside for that.
We couldn't be happier with our choice and we'll definitely return in the future. Croatia is a wonderful place full of wonderful people and we have zero regrets about our choice of accomodation overall.
We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Villa Adriatica. Zlatan, Poala and the staff are so welcoming and happy to help in anyway possible. We were there for our wedding anniversary and they made it so special. They decorated our room and there was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was so thoughtful and such a nice touch! The hotel is so pretty with a beautiful courtyard, which has 2 jacuzzis and a lovely pool. When we arrived we were welcomed with some local wine and given a map which had many recommendations for restaurants and amenities. It’s definitely the most lovely welcome we have ever had. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again and would 100% recommend!
We stayed for 4 nights and spent our time cycling. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere and extremely helpful and friendly staff. When my husband injured his knee, they immediately brought him cold compresses and assisted him. We felt very comfortable and welcome. We would be happy to recommend this hotel!
Having stayed in large hotels this was a new experience- but all for best.
Staff fantastic, rooms immaculate, perfect location.
Supetar is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed- listen to all Zlatan suggests all were perfect!
We did not go on trips but did take ferry back to Split and bus to Bol , just watch return bus as was labelled to Zargreb and next bus was not for another 2 hours.
Best beach was right from hotel near Waterman resort - lovely beach bar called Fruit Land cafe. Beach beds all same price anywhere on beach . When led on sunbed saw an average of 5 people in front .
Breakfast lovely plenty of choice - also very chilled and quiet .
Would recommend paying a bit extra and book room looking over garden .
Rooms was immaculate, towels changed daily and bed at least 3/4 during our 10 day stay.
Possibly only issue is fridge in room was for hotel minibar only - with temperatures in 30s use of this would have been great.
Cannot recommmed highly enough - would love to return

Hotel Villa Adriatica, was lovely ☺️
It was a small family ran business. We felt at ease and at home the moment we arrived.
We had a free upgraded room which was a lovely surprise! The whole hotel was very clean and immaculate, the pool area was small but plenty of space as the hotel never felt busy! We had the pool to ourselves most days.
The hotel only provided breakfast as a food option which was more than enough. There was a local shop for snacks and then lots of different places to eat within a 5 min walk.
The only thing I would add is that they could provide some snacks like crisps and nuts along with the drink menu.
The drinks were always delivered to our sun loungers, all we had to do was send a message and then they would be with as very quickly! (The drink prices were very reasonable too!)
If you need somewhere to Completely switch off and relax and not be disturbed, this is the place for you!
Thank you so much to Zlatan and the team it was a wonderful stay even though we were only there for 2nights ( we wish it was longer!). We have already recommend the hotel to friends and family and we would love to book again soon.
Thanks and take care,
Jake & Luke 😊
A quick Google / AI search on “Croatian hospitality’ will come up with the definition : Croatian hospitality is renowned for its warmth, friendliness, and genuine welcoming nature towards visitors. Nowhere is this better practically demonstrated than the Hotel Villa Adriatica. Conveniently and quietly located on a side street, this is a gem on the Adriatic Coast.
It is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and bars and 10 from the marina on the stunning resort of Supetar on Brač Island.
Upon arrival at Villa Adriatica you are greeted with warmth, professionalism and care. You immediately get the impression that you are a valued customer and not simply a number. This feeling was evident during the whole of our two week stay. A welcome drink and some Croatian delicacies are given to you whilst owner Zlatan and other staff members set you up on WhatsApp and take your luggage to your room. The WhatsApp is used to give you information about trips, for you to order beer or other items and to order an early breakfast if you are out on an early trip etc etc .Anything you write on WhatsApp is answered almost immediately-it works .
We were in room 304 on the top floor at the back of the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and this was the case for the two week stay. The room was cleaned daily by the hard working maid and not once did it have that stale, lived-in feel because of this. The room was quiet and the balcony overlooked the outdoor breakfast area. Many a nice glass of beer was had on the balcony in the evenings.
Breakfast was served on the ground floor in an indoor and an outdoor area. Breakfast was always a pleasant, unrushed experience and the food was always excellent. There were ample hot and cold choices on offer and they were constantly replenished. Staff worked hard to ensure this was always the case and to remove plates when finished.
The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and whirlpool on the ground floor. This was always kept clean and inviting. Some reviews have bemoaned the fact that the pool is apparently “small”. It is not; this is a boutique adults only hotel with around 20 rooms in total. The pool was a perfect size for the number of guest staying here. To be fair the pool area was always quiet and never crowded at any time. There are 5-6 luxury sunloungers right by the pool but around the corner is the truly beautiful garden area complete with even more luxury sunloungers and seats. The garden area was beautiful, quiet , clean and never crowded. No hogging of sunloungers or any of that nonsense here which added to the calm and natural atmosphere of the hotel.
Finally, a word on the staff. AMAZING! Owner Zlatan and his truly friendly and spectacular staff go out of their way to ensure you have the best time at Villa Adriatica. They are on hand, professional and attentive but never in your face. They are a credit to the hotel!!
We had the best time ever at Villa Adriatica. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Never mind Google or AI, it is that simple. Hvala!!!!
