My 1st Japanese Hotel Experience...
Pros:

Clean room, and easy walk to Sakuragicho train station, 7-11 and Starbucks.

Cons:

I wasn't prepared for lack of "expected" amenities. There was a hot pot, but no tea/coffee packets and hair-dryer was available at front desk. Also, check in/out was an (new to me) automated process; no human connection. Slick, but so impersonal.

スタッフの対応が良かった
桜木町駅からすぐ近くで良かった

Cons:

部屋がほこりっぽい
窓が全く開けれないので、
空気も悪く、ジメジメして居心地が悪かった
綺麗な部屋ではなかった
布団のシーツがガサガサ鳴って、全然眠れなかった
救急車の音等もすごく聞こえる

良かったです。
Pros:

駅からも近く、飲食店も同じビル内に複数あり、良かったです。
部屋も清潔でキレイでしたし、スタッフの方々の対応も良く、気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

セルフでチェックイン出来るのはいいのですが、混み合ったときにはフロントであれだけの人数のスタッフがいるのであれば対面で対応してくれてもいいのではないかと思いました。セルフでチェックインしなければいけない何かがあるのでしょうか？
スタッフの方々は、親切でしたしにこやかにテキパキと対応されていてとても良かったのに、あの機械があるがために待たされているようで残念でした。

Location and breakfast - good! But the hotel is a bit overpriced
Pros:

The location is totally amazing! Great choice of additions (like toothbrush and toothpaste, face mask, etc). Breakfast was ok with good view

Cons:

1. The building and the hotel is old
2. In a room smells a bit bad, a lot of noise, strange sounds near the window, I didn’t feel myself in safe
3. The staff was not friendly
4. Sorry, the hotel is not worth the money - everything is quite old, loud, and personally, my experience seemed unpleasant to me

室内が不潔。変な香料のきつい臭いとカビ臭さが狭い部屋に充満していたが、窓も開けられず地獄の数日だった。
部屋があまりに狭いためテレビをずらしたところ大量の埃が。
体調を崩した原因がいくつもあった。

交通很方便，上班下班的尖峰時間人潮很洶湧。
