Ansich ja durchaus ok - ABER...
Pros:

Tja, gute Lage -U-Bahn vor dem Haus. Auch sehr sauber und freundliches Personal und das Frühstück war auch ok -,,,,ABER siehe beim Negativen

Cons:

Ein deutsches Hotel indem die Sender ARD und ZDF nicht angeboten werden - dafür zig Sender Astro-Schrott etc. - das hab ich noch nie erlebt. Das hauseigene W-Lan ist absolut unzureichend und die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr schwach. Schade - ansonsten wär das durchaus für mich ein Haus für die zukünftigen Besuche in München.

Friendly stuff, nice location, clean rooms, included breakfast.
Pros:

The room was clean and had AC, toiletries, and towels. The breakfast was simple but substantial; I liked it. The location was perfect because I was visiting for a concert, and it was important to get an accommodation close to the venue. However, the location was not far from the city centre either. Highly recommend :)

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was decent - it was not big but had everything basic that ones needed. All beverages were really good and tasty.

Cons:

The TVs were old and the bathroom door could not be entirely closed - this may be uncomfortable when the people are not really close to each other and also that was not mentioned in the description. There was also no terrace and refrigerator. The elevators were also old and slow.
The biggest issue was the Parking garage - they were so small it was really hard for us to park there as our car is big.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, die Anbindungen sind direkt vor der Tür und man kommt einfach und schnell überall hin. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Es zeigte auf den Hof hinaus und war somit auch nachts ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und die Auswahl ausreichend.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, ordentliches Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Für uns war die Lage entscheidend, da wir auf Familienbesuch waren.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Man erhält zusätzliche Eierspeisen auf Wunsch

Cons:

Wir hatten leider nur 1 Nachttischlampe. Haben es beim Auschecken reklamiert. Es kam leider keine Entschuldigung🤷🏼‍♀️
