Pros:

colazione discreta ma mancava uno scalda panini, poiché i panini e Pretzel erano scongelati e non sempre freschi di giornata. la posizione è buona. il bagno bello e funzionale, forse un asciugamano in più sarebbe apprezzabile.

Bed und Breakfast mit Mängeln in U-Bahn-Nähe
Pros:

Die Zimmergröße ist tatsächlich 25 Quadratmeter, große Kofferablage, großer Kleiderschrank, große und bequeme Betten, die Dusche ist sehr praktisch, das Hotel befindet sich nur 100 Meter von der U-Bahn, die Zimmer zum Hof sind sehr ruhig

Cons:

Es gibt zwar einen Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee für die Selbstversorgung, jegliche Milch fehlt aber.
Es gibt keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank. Das winzige Fensehgerät hat nur Werbeprogramme wie HSE, QSC, regionale Privatsender und ein paar Privatfernsehprogramme (RTL, SAT1, Kabel, RTL2 usw.). Alle öffentlich rechtlichen Programme wie ARD, ZDF, NDR3 sind nicht zu empfangen. Hier will das Hotel auf Kosten der Gäste GEZ-Gebühren sparen. Das Frühstück lässt viele Wünsche offen: Nur 2 Sorten Brötchen, Billigwurst, die nicht mehr frisch aussieht. Im uralten und sehr lahmen Fahrstuhl wird dem Gast erklärt, was alles im Restaurant verboten ist und wird im Befehlston aufgefordert, um 10 Uhr das Restaurant zu verlassen. Das kann man auch freundlich formulieren. So fühlt man sich hier als Gast nicht willkommen. Die Antwort des Hotels zeigt mir mehrere Dinge: Trotz der Beschwerde mehrerer Gäste entscheidet das Hotel über den Kopf der Gäste hinweg, dass ARD und ZDF nicht zeitgemäß sind. In Hotels, die den Gast Ernst nehmen, läuft das so: Solange es technische Probleme mit der Satelitenanlage gibt, postet man das auch bei Booking.com und bietet den Gästen einen kleinen Rabatt auf den Zimmerpreis an. Es bleibt im Dunkeln, wer hier eigentlich antwortet, ein Mitarbeiter oder die Direktion. Für mich ein No Go, was mich dazu veranlasst, so ein Hotel nie mehr zu betreten. Über das Frühstück haben sich auch zahlreiche andere Gäste beschwert. Hier hat offensichtlich die Theorie mit dem tatsächlichen Angebot nichts zu tun.

Pros:

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, vom Brief absenden, Tickets für die Ausstellung buchen bis Restaurant Empfehlung, alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Alles sauber, Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Betten sind bequem. Sehr gemütliche Lounge. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Check out erst um 12:00 Uhr. Lage war für uns perfekt: kleiner Park ganz in der Nähe mit schönen Spielplätzen. Bäckerei-Café ist direkt ums Eck. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Ein guter Italiener auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben Abends eine Veranstaltung in Milbertshofer Kulturhaus besucht und könnten auch dorthin ohne Auto laufen. Alles in einem war das für uns ein perfektes Wochenende im Hotel Königstein.

Pros:

Beau, très propre, personnel très agréable.
Tout le nécessaire dans la chambre pour une boisson chaude et 2 petites bouteilles d’eau gazeuses.
Un excellent petit déjeuner, très varié et je me suis régalée.

Både turen og hotellet var perfekt
Pros:

Morgenmaden var virkelig god, og der var alt det, man havde lyst til og der var meget af det, og bordet blev hele tiden fyldt op.
Rengøringen var også rigtig god, der blev gjort rent hver dag, og der skete ligeledes en påfyldning af bodyshampoo og hårshampoo, der manglede bestemt ikke noget.
Beliggenheden er også virkelig god, hotellet ligger kun få meter fra metroen.

Cons:

Vi kunne lide alt ved hotellet, der var ikke noget, der kunne være bedre.
Derfor vil vi helt klart anbefale hotellet.
Vi vil helt vælge det samme hotel igen, for der var ikke en eneste ting at brokke sig over.
