Pros:

our room was in the first floor and you could see the parking lot. the room was nice and the bed comfy. so was the bathroom. the price of the hotel was quite high compared to the service and we had to pay extra for overnight parking. The location was also ok. not terrible but nothing special.

Everything. The staff was super friendly. It was close to everything. Property was well kept. The pool was closed but they provided us with 2 options to swim at a neighboring property

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
Pros:

Princess at the front was very helpful and may our stay enjoyable. Traveling with a 97 year old on a walker, Princess was very accommodating. The food service on Sunday was great.

Great experience with nice touches to make you feel at home
Pros:

-The front desk lady went above and beyond to look up the place we needed to go just to give us more efficient directions. We appreciated the bottled water given at check-in and that there was security patroling the parking area. The breakfast coupon included 2 choices and the breakfast burrito was excellent and very generous in size served with complimentary Starbucks coffee. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
