しっかり掃除して
Pros:

アメニティが豊富。ボディータオルも柔らかく伸びる物で使いやすい。
夜遅くのクレーム対応にスタッフが丁寧だった。

Cons:

ホコリの多さと布団の間から自分のではない長い髪の毛が数本見つかる。
ホコリが多かったため２日目の朝に清掃を依頼するマグネットをドアに貼って出かけたが、テーブルや棚のホコリは増えているし、フローリングの床にも髪の毛が数本と食べてないカラカラのご飯粒が落ちてる。
コーヒーカップやガラスのコップが裏返して置いてあるトレー全体にホコリはあるし、前の客が使った後のコップから垂れた水分の後が残ってるため拭いたら綺麗になった。いい加減な掃除にゾッとした。使ったコーヒーカップが汚れたまま置いてあり、新しいコップも無かった。色々なホテルを利用してるが初めてだった。
レストランでは、洗って置かれた皿やコップの中に汚れがついた物をいくつもみた。
衛生管理の甘さを感じた。

Great amenities, close to stations and roomy
Pros:

Location was great, spacious, roomy bath, close to the station, generous amenities bar in reception, tv had apps and could mirror, had a Japanese feel

Cons:

The step from entrance to bed area which I tripped and fell. Bruised my knees and ankle. Had said in request no stairs or steps. Could not find a lightcswitch near door it was next to bed. Bed a bit low to the floor. Hard to get up from it Restaurant not open for dinner but there were others near
