La chambre est bien équipée bien décorée. Tout est chaleureux

Cons:

On nous a fait changer de chambre sans nous prévenir à l'avance et sans notre accord sous prétexte que c'est un plus de l'hôtel mais c'était plus déstabilisant pour nous.
L'hôtel à un parking payant alors que les hôtels voisins ont des parking gratuit pour leurs clients

Great place and location!
Pros:

The room looked very nice, it was clean and maintained well.
We had a small kitchenet in the room, the breakfast was included in the room rate- it was very nice breakfast and exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The AC was very noisy and turned on and off during the night, it did made a lot on noise by turn on and shut off.

A Lovely Stay in a Peaceful Setting
Pros:

We only stayed for a very short time and afterwards regretted not booking a longer stay, as we would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would have happily stayed longer.

Cons:

We would have liked to use the swimming pool, but there was an activity taking place with a team, and it was quite busy with many people hanging around the pool for quite some time. So instead, we went for a lovely walk and explored the surrounding area.

Great location at the quiet part of town
Pros:

Great location if you want to be at the quiet part of the pedestrian village and only a 2 minute walk to the free chairlift that takes you to the centre. It only takes 2 minutes though operates approximately 9 to 7.Outside of those hours there is a hilly street to walk up.
5 minute flat walk from a free carpark which always had spaces on my visit. Luggage can be dropped easily at the hotel before parking.
I had a very spacious room with a settee small dining tableand a working fireplace with TV. I was on the 4th floor. Excellent fast lift.

Cons:

The breakfast experience could be improved. It's a little soulless and not a large choice . I stayed 3 nights and was tempted by the 3rd breakfast to check out a local cafe. Seating is limited at busier times. You can take food back to your room if you prefer.

Pros:

Bel hôtel super bien situé dans le petit village de Mont-Tremblant. On nous a surclassé gratuitement donc on a eu droit à tout un appartement complet avec cuisine, salon, chambre et salle de bain. Tout était hyper propre et le personnel était fort sympathique aussi. Le parking est payant mais bien sécurisé. Le petit-déjeuner est offert mais ne vous attendez pas à grand-chose. Sinon en résumé, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Pros:

Grande chambre propre et bien aménagée.
Le lit était très confortable.
La salle de bain avait tout ce qu'il fallait.
Personnel accueillant et de bons conseils.
Petit déjeuner continental.

Cons:

Dommage qu'au petit déjeuner il n'y ait pas de produits locaux : sirop d'érable, pancakes.
La piscine venait de fermer : on aurait aimé être informé.
