Excellent value, perfect location, comfortable stay, and great service.
Pros:

The location was unbeatable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We locked ourselves out of our room at one point, and maintenance was there within two minutes to help us out. We also enjoyed breakfast. We will 100% stay again.

Pros:

Sehr nah an den Bryce Canyon NP und per Shuttle zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist grässlich, immer gleich und immer kaltes Rührei. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und wenn sich im Raum jemand bewegt, wackelt das ganze Bett. Für den Preis absolut schlecht.

Accommodation and we were retreated was so disrespectful and dangerous.

Shocking! We were not informed that the hotel was under renovations and construction. We checked in after construction work had stopped and left our room at 5am for a long hike in Bryce and left our small dog in the room. When we returned we found a work zone around and in front of our room, they had sprayed polyurethane on large wood surfaces in front of our room. Sadly the fumes were being blown in to the room all morning with our dog inside. When we entered, the room had a heavy nauseating odor. We immediately notified management who treated the situation with little concern or apology. They offered to move us into a new room which wasn’t ready for a few hours. They did not offer a discount on our stay. Bryce Canyon is beautiful, too bad the Bryce View Lodge (managed by Best Western) was so inconsiderate to guests.

Comfy hotel but the food wasn’t great and neither was the shower.

I would not have stayed here if I had known about the construction even though the room was nice
Pros:

The room was small but very clean. The beds were very comfortable & the room looked like it had been updated some. The breakfast was very good with many options available.
The value for the room was good

Cons:

The property was under construction the entire time we were there! There were nails & extension cords everywhere & workers hammering . At times it was difficult to move down the stairs because they were blocked.
The first woman at check in was not friendly. Our keys did not work on arrival& we had to go back to the office.

Father daughter hiking trip to Bryce Canyon which is gorgeous!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. 1 mile to park entrance and park shuttle on site as well. Breakfast included sausage,eggs,juice, coffee,yogurt, cereals, pastry , toast and bagels. Laundromat and restaurants short walk away. Doing some outside remodeling but no impact on us. Nice little complex of shops, restaurants and grocery store. Room had nice fridge and microwave too. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t use indoor pool or fitness but it looked nice.

Cons:

Would like a few more restaurant choices nearby. No change machine in laundromat .
