Pros:

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and overall good value for money.

Cons:

Bathroom was quite dated. But clean so no real problem.

Great for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The hotel is a bit of a rabbit warren, with many passages, doors and stairs between the reception and the room. This made dragging suitcases to the room a bit of a challenge. The room was comfortable though, and served it's purpose. It would be fabulous if top sheets were supplied under the doona. Doonas are too hot to sleep under, but you need to be covered with something. Also, I am never confident that the doona covers are changed after each guest.

Breakfast was a standard affair nothing special, the coffee pot was huge, room was ok clean.

Cons:

overall the hotel is a little dated needs refurbishment, no little touches i.e. welcome card , no separate shower, didn't feel very welcoming.

Great Hotel. Don't eat at The hotel restaurant. It will destroy your experience in Thurso.

Cons:

The Dinner was terrible along with the service. Dry Bland, Expensive. The Chicken Curry was not consumable. Offering no Spices or Hot Sauce. NONE !
