La posizione, le terme all'interno, la vista, il cibo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cortesia del personale (abbiamo avuto guasto alla macchina e si sono prodigati nell'aiutarci). Un ringraziamento alla signora che gestisce le terme per la sua gentilezza e simpatia.
Nulla, tutto molto positivo. Solo un consiglio: prolungherei l'orario di chiusura delle terme fino a sera e proporrei più spettacoli visto la bella location disponibile (terrazza con vista sul mare, dove abbiamo assistito ad uno spettacolo dal vivo molto bello)

Malgré la position qui paraissait excecntrique sur l'île d'Ischia on a pu visiter toute l'île à partir du bus (terminus juste devant l'hôtel, puis de multiples correspondances).
The property was amazing and the restaurant staff will leave you with a worm feeling in your heart! The breakfast is phenomenal!
You have zero control over your temperature in your room! I tried to speak with a night staff he was rude condescending, and a complete jerk!
I asked him about the temperature in our room and he told me that he could not do anything about it !
Because it was cool outside, we chose to open the doors and close a louver door in the room that will let the cool air in.. since the jerk at the front desk basically was so rude and told me that I was asking something that wasn’t going to be accommodated… we all woke up the next morning with mosquito bites all over us and mosquitoes all over the room!

The service in the hotel, spa and ,restaurant was exceptional and the food delicious and well prepared.
The hotel could use some form of entertainment each evening. A piano player would liven the place up a bit..
Дуже сподобалося. Все просто чудово. Неймовірні краєвиди, чисте тепле море. Дуже приємні враження від готелю і персоналу. Привітні, завжди посміхнені, таке враження, що приїхав до родичів на відпочинок. Чудова кухня, сніданок на терасі просто неймовірний. Сам готель, дуже великий, бассейни це щось неймовірне, дуже чисто, номер прибирали кожного дня. Є свій пляж, теж чистий і зовсім поряд. Враження залишаться на довго, і якщо буде ще можливість, обов'язково повернуся саме в готель San Giorgio Terme.

Staff accogliente e appassionato al suo lavoro, ottima la pulizia, i servizi ei il cibo. Molto piacevole la spa. Hanno organizzato una festa bellissima in occasione del Santo patrono.Ci ritornerei sicuramente.
