10 out of 10 would not recommend the hotel says its a “luxury resort“ the entire place was an absolute disaster! screaming drunk people in the lobby extremely slow check-in zero late checkout options my mother-in-law‘s room was a literal construction zone like it didn’t exist and when asked to refund or replace the room, the hotel said no forcing her to find a replacement last minutethe one bedroom King suite that we were given didn’t feature a king size bed overall, I would say this hotel completely ruined me, and my wife’s wedding weekend I would not recommend it to anybody that I knew or even a stranger

Lits non faits à l'arrivée, nombre de serviettes manquantes. Télé non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain (autant la retirer 😉).
Service de bagage quasi obligatoire qui arrive après plus de 30min d'attente.
Dans l'ensemble chaque demande devient source de tip, ce qui n'est pas le cas de la quinzaine d'autres hôtels lors de notre voyage.
Le plus étonnant est l'absence de lieu pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Il faut passer par des magasins attenant l'hôtel.

We like the location, although separate from the MGM you can use all the facilities there. It has a nice vibe , calm but close to the strip and it’s fun.
Rooms are fine but getting a little dated. Adult pool closed again.

Simply amazing..no parking fee they vallet for you. Escaping floor tgat brings you to the MGM. Pool is awesome..no resort fees..I book with air bnb though.....easy che k in room with huge spa bath...balcony 2 bathrooms living room and full kitchen..clean, clean clean....I usually book their for real rest...alway an amazing experience

Uber/Lyft pick up is a walk from the front entrance and in the heat. Needs fans or something because it was 114 degrees out and it felt like forever when waiting to get picked up. Bathtub was not as large as the one we had last time. Please update your room pictures with an actual view of the bathtub!
Location is off the strip. It was quiet in the hotel. You do hear the DJ by the pool if you have a balcony view. Service was a little slow when calling housekeeping but delivered the items. We stayed in the penthouse with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for boys. Close walk to the lazy river and pool. Its a gated hotel so we felt safe letting the boys walk around.
This was my fifth trip to Vegas but my first time staying at an MGM property. I will never stay at another resort again if it is not under the MGM brand. The view from the balcony on the 24th floor was amazing. You are surrounded by everything whether you choose to walk or use another driver service. Little to noise level unless you step on the balcony to experience it. My room was very clean and the value I received surpassed my expectations.
