Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and decent location (a bit far from the Strip, but this can be tranquil).
The bed's mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The fixtures in the rooms are rather outdated and could be more modern.
Das Personal war das freundlichste in den letzten Jahren. Das Upgrade war sein Geld wert :-) Die Lage zum Strip war super. Das Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Stayed at the The Signature at MGM Grand and overall the suites themselves were fine, but there were several operational issues that significantly impacted the stay.
The biggest issue was VALET PARKING. While it's free, 2 out of 3 nights valet was full by 8p and we had to park at MGM Grand which is a 2 mile walk and was not reimbursed the $25/night fee.
Management is an AI bot and offers no resolution - DO NOT STAY HERE - it is not worth the inconvenience.

Nice room and facilities
No information about the facilities etc
We had a one bedroom condo on floor 6 for 13 nights.
The bathroom is enormous with a working hot tub, shower, double sink’s, and a separate toilet. The room/kichen is also very spacious including a king bed and other furniture. There is also a good sized veranda but no seating.
There furniture was a bit dated, as was the crockery. The air conditioning was a bit noisy at times but required as it was 37 degrees outside. The two electronic hobs were sufficient for simple cooking. We didn’t encounter too much noise during the night, inside or outside.
One or two improvements could be implemented, more than one wine glass, à kettle, better crockery with decent sized cups, and a place you can take your trash.
We did have a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Une employée est venue sonner à 9h00 pour savoir quand nous partions. Je trouve cette attitude non professionnelle étant donné que nous avons le droit de partir jusqu’à 11h00.

We had a fantastic stay, the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, we were part of a large group, the staff changed our room without us even asking to ensure we were all close together. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent
Waterpark and pools close to early, when we arrived the Waterpark was going to close in 40 minutes.
The location was excellent. The facility, and room beautiful, the suite luxurious. The view was the biggest luxury. Staff was always very friendly and helpful
No plastic cups or shower caps in the bathroom no small accessories. Only two paper cups in the bedroom.

Several time was approached by the staff to leave the room though I had a late checkout it was annoying
