Great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

The staff at the property were amazing

Location was great. Within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Price was reasonable. Hotel room is more on the old side.

Overall very good, especially the breakfast!

Liked the property and the area. Could use an update as the units are a little old and a bit noisy.

They should write that the bottle of water is for sale! We took one and it was not include with the room. Disappointed!

Excellent location, friendly staff. A tad run down; poor breakfast (at additional free from $15). Plumbing needs a bit of work (toilets keep running--they function fine, but that running water sound was impossible to stop in our room and the room next door). Suite comes with small stove, microwave, fridge, and few plates etc. Friendliness and proximity to Recoleta cemetery and other sites made it a good choice, particularly given low price (at least by US standards).

A bit dated but our executive suite was roomy and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave, dishes, cutlery etc at a very reasonable cost. Staff were all great and friendly - front desk, breakfast room, cleaners all!
Breakfast can be included but is the same everyday with small variations, and a bit boring after a few days.

The best location at a great price

I picked this hotel for a short stay because of its web site and location. The web description and photos do not match the facility. It was the third and last hotel in our trip to Argentina. The room and its furnishings need to be updated. The room had a musty smell and water stains. The lighting was dim. The toilet flapper valve needed to be replaced, because water ran slowly after the tank was full. The hair dryer ran for 9 seconds and shut off. We had to get another one from the front desk,
I asked for a US adapter plug, and they told me I could buy one in the morning.
We had a substandard breakfast the next morning. The food did look anything like the web. We discovered that the front desk people did not understand English. On the second day of our stay, I tried to open the room safe. It did not open. The owner changed the batteries. I am not sure what would have happened if he was not there.
I had to get a replacement for the air conditioning remote because the one in the room did not work.
When I asked about printing my boarding passes I Was told the printer was broken. When I asked when it would be fixed the answer was “I do not know, I am only an employee.”

The employees are great, helpful and I will always remember each of you thank you everyone
To the owner please try to fixed the little stuff in the rooms everything else is great thank you

Close to everything

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, el resto es malo. Atención, ascensor, limpieza, viejo, sin mantenimiento suficiente. Realmente no me gusto.

The building is dated so it’s not in good condition and not very clean. Couple bugs in the room and a dirty shower. Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English though. The room was large and had a fridge and kitchen. Great location!

Excellent location Close to everything. The building however needs some love. Our toilet kept not working. Kept having to tell them to fix it. It was endlessly running water. The room was supposed to be a “suite” for 3 but it was a typical room with some bedding on a sofa they were calling a twin bed. Definitely priced higher than comparable properties that are in better condition
