Lovely central resort within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Clean beach as well.
The property had amazing friendly staff , great location and we loved the old school Balinese style
The only down side during our stay was noise from the beachside renovation which will be short lived as it is nearly finished
La situation, le personnel, le jardin, les piscines, le restaurant, la chambre, la propreté générale, la connexion wifi, l'architecture et la décoration typiquement balinaises font de cet établissement un hôtel excellent.
L'établissement rate de peu la note maximum en raison des abominables jus de fruits du breakfast servis dans des horribles gobelets en plastique et de l'eau à peine tiède de la douche.
The room was a Delux. My friends who came with me were a distance from me. Breakfast was lovely and any meals I got.
We tried about 5 times to speak to reservations regarding our next stay on the 1st June. No one would help regarding the rooms. We have paid an excessive amount and required Delux rooms together on the ground floor due to one of my friends with heart problems and easier access. This was really annoying that no one would help us.

We were upgraded which was a nice surprise. The one thing for us that stood out was a NO SMOKING Hotel they had designated areas for smokers away from the pool and restaurants…

Lovely garden and relaxed feel . Decent room.
We had been guests here previously and looked forward to enjoying it as it was before. The property is redeveloping the dining area, which used to be by the beach with lovely views and sea breeze. Now is “squashed” into a small area and the whole experience is not the same. The breakfast was VERY limited in choice. Queueing up for the egg order was not much fun either. Just one person at the station and looking a little stressed.
