Comfortable, clean and good location
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Great to have the hotels sun lounges available on the beach

Cons:

We didn’t know the renovations were happening during our stay and would affect the front pool and swim up bar, disappointed not to have that available

Location is perfect. Food quality was great

Cons:

I thought you could have another staff member at the egg station as there was some waiting. The toaster was also outdated and slow.
The gym could do with somemore equipment

Lovely hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with multiple pools breakfast great variety and well set up. Rooms lovely - special mention to housekeeping rooms were well cared for

Cons:

My only constructive feedback would be to train pool bar staff up to be checking and getting orders in - I would have sat there all day but staff did not come to take an order from a pool bed.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing wrong they are upgrading beach front restaurant and swim up pool bar so that was a shame

The food and drink prices were excellent value.

Cons:

We were not aware that there was construction going on. The pool staff would not remove towels from pool chairs, even though there had been no one there for over 2hrs. I had to do it myself and had a confrontation with very rude European people. Despite the pool card saying 30 minutes of unattendance,the towels would be removed.
I also was not a fan of the smoking policy. I would suggest designating smoking rooms, not inside of course but a wing where it is allowed on your patio. However I appreciate and respect the intention. For smokers a coffee and a piggy in the morning on your patio is nicer than having to get dressed go outside with coffee in hand, felt like a leper.

We would definitely stay here again. Very sorry to have to come home.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a great balcony to relax on. The location was perfect - straight into town on one side and straight onto the beach on the other.
Facilities included three pools and a gym, all very clean. Only disappointment was that the swim up bar in the main pool was being rebuilt after a recent storm so was not open, but obviously this could not be helped.
Did not affect our enjoyment of the hotel.
Also the entertainment provided in the evenings - live music and one night a Balinese dance performance, was of the highest quality.

Cons:

Breakfast perhaps could have been a bit more varied each morning, but what was offered was absolutely fine.

Great location
Pros:

I love the architecture being fallen style but the rooms were modern and clean. The shower was very strong.

Cons:

The pool and bar and breakfast area were under renovation and it was not made very clearly until I went looking for it in my booking information. I am very disappointed in Booking.com not making it headline information rather than hidden at the bottom of the booking information.

Die Fahrrad-Ausleihe ging nicht ganz so glatt über die Bühne wie letztes Jahr. Morgens haben unsere Räder gefehlt. Wir bekamen praktisch jeden Tag ein anderes Rad. Ging aber auch.
