Good location, great staff, good clean rooms. Three pools so no worry about getting space. The alround service was excellent.
The breakfast was very average and with little variety day by day. Often the food was cold, reducing options even more. For a hotel of this level a big disappointment.

A very old Hotel. Room had no power points for phone charger or laptop. Very restrictive for smokers, no smoking on open air balconies. Construction commenced at beach front rebuilding restaurant until late July. Breakfast was very disappointing. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Loved the location and the bed and room were very comfortable. Staff were all fantastic and restaurant on the beach with band playing were superb. We were going to head out for dinner but just ended up relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere and food there
Upgrades being done could get a little noisy at times but this is to be expected. Would stop me staying there again

No smoking on balcony
The whole resort is a beautiful garden full of Balinese statues, gates, with three amazing pools. Staff is so nice and helpful, breakfast delicious and a lot of choice. Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. And what surprised us was a very nice beach just in front of the resort. Location perfect.

The view from the room was great..the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
The Initial room we were given was facing a wall with no view whatsoever. But once we pointed it out we were very happy with the outcome.
The location was perfect. The pools were so lovely. 3 to choose from. The gardens were so pretty and peaceful. Beachside location and central to everything.
