A beautiful stay in a stunning beachfront resort
Pros:

We loved the hotel grounds and location, they were very impressive. Three separate pool areas and the beach location was the best of the Sanur coastline

Cons:

Nothing to dislike but there was renovation work happening in the hotel restaurant but it was minimal disruption

The location was perfect so close to the shops and beach.There are 3pools and all a really good size and clean.Also the beach was beautiful and clean .Evan suitable for children to swim in.

Loved the property, friendly staff always wanting to help .. had 3 pools and my daughter tried them all out! Loved walking beach front and hired bikes with my daughter.great cocktails.

Nothing that I didn’t like .. loved will stay again for sure!

We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to one of the brand new deluxe rooms, which happened to be right beside one of the pools at the back of the complex, so was lovely and quiet.

Hervorragende Lage. Frühstück war okay. Personal hat teils nicht verstanden, was gewünscht war und konnte auch nicht flexibel reagieren. Spa: falsche Empfehlung für Behandlung ausgesprochen und la wir - gegen Bezahlung - das eigentlich gewünschte Programm buchen wollten, ging es nicht, weil andere Kunden kommen sollten, die aber zwei Stunden lang nicht auftauchten (konnten wir vom Balkon aus beobachten). Der Umgang war unmotiviert bis unhöflich.
