Love the location love the walks along the beach - love everything about Sanur
Breakfast needs to be totally revamped and I understand the renovations currently being undertaken. It is frustrating when you are at the pool no one comes around to see if you would like a drink - I would have to get up and go order at the bar! A better bar service needs to be adopted.

The location
Breakfast and when I went to get a back and shoulder massage they would only do 1/2 hr not an hour, so ended up not having one.
The location was great and received a upgraded, breakfast was also nice.
In room 137 the floor of the shower was to slippery for me as I am in my 60's, other than that no problems at all.

Breakfast was ok but could have a little more variety
Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was clean with a nice big comfy bed and was located beside the smaller pool. A quick phone call to order drinks and food to enjoy while relaxing by the pool. The restaurant and beach lounge were great for lunch and dinner with amazing views. The beach path was perfect for a casual stroll and an easy walk to shopping and massages.

Location, staff and food were so good.
Our room was oposite the middle pool, away from the beach. This was a lovely setting with basically two pools in one setting. Never crowded and there were always deck chairs available. The area is serviced with food and drinks available at all times. I liked the way towels were controlled. Always had fresh towlws at our disposal.
The breakfast became a bit boring and repetitive. Always good quality but could be a bit more exciting. Perhaps mix the protein up a bit with different types of sausages, a bit of savoury mince on toast and so on.
Great location to lots of restaurants and bars. Staff always do friendly.
