Very comfortable stay in good location.
Pros:

Good location. Spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Lighting was good. They provided washing machine & dryer, all we paid for was detergent.

Arrived early am so spent day sightseeing, saw more sites following morning but did not need more time. When checking in
Pros:

Great size room but then we paid more than we usually do.
Very quiet.

Cons:

At check in were told we hadn’t paid and were asked to pay.Had to prove that we had paid already. Then receptionist found on our booking that we had. Received a request asking us what time we were checking out. We had already checked out at 7am. The morning receptionist was on a private phone call, which she paused to take the key cards but obviously did nothing else.

Perfectly fine hotel, the nice staff a plus! The rooms are spacious and clean as is the restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast menu, all personnel very friendly and professional. Overall the hotel is a great value! There's no airport shuttle but with cab fare you're still saving over the so-called 'airport area' hotels.

Cons:

Barrier free access to the front desk from outside is needed. You have to carry your bags down a short flight of stairs although they are quick to assist. Leaving with a trolley full by way of avoiding the stairs is past the restaurant but the doorway threshold is high and all the heavy bags fell off.

Convenient and friendly staff but not a first choice for me.
Pros:

Location is great, rooms are comfortable and staff were wonderful. The restaurant next door isn’t run by the hotel but they do room service and the staff there were great as well.

Cons:

The layout is a bit convoluted and the heating system makes air in the rooms ivery dry. Too dry.

Freezing cold & our daughter got the flu
Pros:

The location & the cleanliness

Cons:

The fact the put a little girl in a wheel chair who spends her time on the floor in the basement and she was frozen .... we had to go buy rugs & a heather to try and keep her warm
And we ordered from the kitchen and out tacos were so dry they were burnt and didn't do a thing for us
