Simply Awesome
Pros:

The Hospitality as always is very very good. My stay was for 12 nights and I am visiting Varanasi for a very special family function. A very Special thanks to Rikki , pem, Ravi who have taken out valuable time to make successful the most comfortable stay where Rikki made possible for me to host a dinner at Taj Nadesar. as well as the whole house keeping team, who always takes extra efforts to make our stay comfortable. . Thanks a lot.

it is not at all worth in the name of Taj

Cons:

No welcome drink at time of arrival , very less common space to sit and staff don't even bother to serve water or ask . Property don't have any kids section when we enquired about other activities staff mentioned that you can explore our property with golf cart that is the only activity they have. In summers i dnt think so ppl love to do that .

Out of the world experience
Pros:

14 May was our 50th Marriage Anniversary
We wanted the best experience
Taj was natural choice
Room was pretty good, House keeping was excellent under guidance from Thapa Ji
Music and food at Varun was out of the world
Each day breakfast was fantastic experience
This was made more special by excellent team consisting of my favorite Chef

What I did not like section covers it all. It was a short trip and I did not want to spoil my mood
Pros:

The property is so nice and the breakfast is great

Cons:

Staff responsiveness was pretty bad and the room had garbage from the previous occupant. Wi-Fi not consistently working.
Attitude of front desk staff was so casual and bad - like doing a favour. Very non Taj behaviour
I had asked to add my membership ID to the booking - they did not and still have not

Our Trip For Darshan Of Baba Ji 🙏
Pros:

Rooms are small as of 5 star hotels. Breakfast is excellent with live entertainment of Indian musician. Room service is ok. Our premium room was small almost 3 feet around the bed. Old property of King of Varanasi converted to Hotel with lots of land behind with mango trees and natural animals are living. I am a nature lover so I give 100% 5 stars rating to the natural habitat they kept.
Great stay here and we have Darshan to Baba Ji and Kaal Bharav Ji, including Shakti peeth and Sankat Motchan Hanuman Ji.

We had just family short trip to Kashi Vishwanath and stayed at Taj Ganges, Varanasi, and the experience was truly elegant, peaceful, and spiritually enriching. The hotel beautifully reflects the soul of Varanasi with its serene ambiance, warm hospitality, and signature grace of Taj Hotels.

The food was exceptional, and every interaction with the team carried genuine warmth and care. A special appreciation to the Front Office Team Shruti, Front Office Manager Amarkant, and Food & Beverage Team Ajay for thoughtfully guiding us about the city, temple visits, and Ganga Aarti, making our short family trip seamless and memorable.

A heartfelt mention to the General Manager Mr. Sumit Singh Deol, whose inspiring leadership truly shines through the hotel’s culture of hospitality and attention to detail. The entire team made us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for.

A truly memorable stay, and we look forward to returning again.
