Great experience with the best of staffs!!! The housekeeping made sure my kid enjoys his birthday.

Everything at the Taj Ganges was exceptionally good, one bad thing we faced was an insect in breakfast salad, but the chef and staffs made sure we leave with a good experience , they appologized and compensated with great gesture. The housekeeping made sure my kid enjoys his birthday with special decoration

Best place to stay in Varanasi.
Pros:

Great location. They provide car and driver for tourists. for a fee. Very reliable. The staff are most welcoming and helpful. Prachi the front desk receptionist, Talat at the concierge desk, and Awadesh the driver get full marks. Both breakfast and dinner buffet were varied and delicious. Beautiful property and our suite was spacious and comfortable. Every need was met. Recommend this hotel highly.

The best part about this hotel was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was really warm and welcoming and we had a truly memorable stay! The breakfast was extensive and delicious!

Pros:

Taj hospitality is always great and this one again held true to its values. Beautiful and great food, had an extremely comfortable stay. I would rather stay here than on ghats to avoid traffic and having to walk with suitcases during a nature emergency. Also good distance from airport plus Sarnath.

The washrooms had water leakage issues. The lack of proper ventilation was also disappointing. Overall, the facilities did not meet the standards or expectations one would associate with the Taj brand.
