Pros:

Personel miły i chętny do pomocy. Pokoje przestronne, czyste i dość dobrze wyposażone - w pokoju dostępny balkon. Śniadanie w formie bufetu bardzo dobre i obfite. Lokalizacja na obrzeżach, ale spokojna i ciekawa okolica, można spokojnie i aktywnie wypocząć, blisko komunikacja miejska z bardzo dobrymi połączeniami do centrum i spowrotem - idealnie żeby pozwiedzać nie ruszając własnego auta z dostępnego parkingu hotelowego (w pobliżu są również dworce kolejowe - zapewne pociągiem również można dojechać do każdego miejsca).

Cons:

Personel nie cały mówi po angielsku i ciężko się dogadać. W pokoju brakowało sejfu, zasłony nie obejmowały całego okna balkonowego, gdzie na przeciwko w bardzo bliskiej odległości znajdowały się okna innych lokali. Brak informacji, że sauna jest płatna, brak oznaczeń/piktogramów do sauny, jedynie był ogólny plan na piętrze, gdzie można było, tylko po tym zlokalizować, gdzie znajduje się sauna.

Het was ok voor de prijs.
Pros:

Rustige locatie, vriendelijke receptie. Probleem of vraag snel opgelost.

Cons:

Ontbijt was matig: er werden veel dingen van het restaurant van de avond ervoor gerecycled (meloen, mozzarella, uitgedroogde komkommer).
Personeel deed net of we niet bestonden bij het ontbijt.
We sliepen in een 3 persoonskamer, maar het derde bed had geen nachtkastje of nachtlampje.
We hadden ook een keer last van ongedierte maar dat werd snel verholpen.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Shemshur.
Sauberkeit und unmittelbare Nähe zum sehr guten ÖPNV. Parkplatz angemessen teuer (€8/Nacht)

Pros:

sehr Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Verdunkelung Räume sind auch sehr ruhig.
Eine Badewanne im Zimmer ist in Dresden eher eine Seltenheit. sehr positiv. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Bilder zeigen mal wieder alle Räume und nicht den tatsächlich gebuchten Raum. Ausstattung war trotzdem top aber ich finde so eine Täuschung unnötig.

Freundliche Begrüßung, gute Anbindung ins Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn, tolles Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswah. lDas Dreibettzimmer hat wirklich drei vollwertige Betten.

Cons:

Kopfkissen sind für meinen Geschmack zu hart.
