Pros:

Beim Frühstück schien uns das Personal überfordert zu sein. Wir sollten 2x 15 Minuten auf frische Brötchen warten. Außer Toastbrot war kein anderes Brot vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte völlig überfordert, wenig aufmerksam, und war nur bedingt freundlich. Es gelang ihnen nicht, das Buffet kontinuierlich aufzufüllen – der Brötchenkorb war häufig leer, ebenso fehlten zeitweise Butter und Marmelade. Zudem gab es keine Ersatzbesteck und Tassen. Benutztes Geschirr blieb lange auf den Tischen stehen und wurde nicht zeitnah abgeräumt, sodass die Tische oft nicht frisch eingedeckt waren. Dadurch entstand insgesamt ein unorganisierter Eindruck.

Ein gelungener angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber mit deutlichem Potential zur weiteren Verbesserung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für unsere Anliegen perfekt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Der Raum heizt sich am Nachmittag duch die Sonneneinstrahlung stark auf. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber durch intensives Lüften ist es dann nachts im Raum angenehm kühl. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine ausreichende Auswahl, aber viele Produkte wie z.B. Frischkäse, Vollkornbrot, Leberwurst, Teewurst, Lachs, Sekt etc. werden nicht angeboten. Bei höherem Andrang ab 9 Uhr bricht der Service ein. Vieles fehlt dann im Angebot und wird nicht schnell genug nachgeliefert. Die jungen Damen im Service waren deutlich überfordert.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, reichhaltig und gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem. Zur Straßenbahnhalte waren es nur wenige Meter.

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon und beim Frühstück auf der Terasse durfte nicht geraucht werden.

der aufenthalt war gut.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war in der vierten Etage unter dem Dach,bei Aussentemperaturen von 30 grad war es im Zimmer sehr warm wir haben dadurch unruhig geschlafen.Eine Klimaanlage währe sicherlich von Vorteil.

Cons:

Das Angebot an SPEISEN im Restorang abends war nicht befriedigend.Getränke wie Wein nur als Flasche (KEIN SCHOPPEN) IST für einen Weintrinker oft zu viel.
