Que no avisarán al ha er mi reserva de que el hotel solo tendría la mitad de los restaurantes abiertos y que el spa estaba privatizado y no se incluía al contratar el paquete Infinite Indulgence

O tempo de espera para jantar,muito lento a maneira de serviço,as pessoas à espera por exemplo de um bife,20 minutos ,acho que deviam ter uma parte de certas comidas a parte uma sessão para as crianças ,acho também que deveriam alterar a maneira de usar o spa ,pois estava sempre vazio ,por exemplo até às 13:00 horas os pais poderiam usar com crianças a partir dos 10 anos,e já fui mais vezes para este hotel e não muda , não sei se voltarei
