Vários aspectos que recepcionaram bastante, a começar pelo facto de um hotel de 5 estrelas não ter garrafas de água para os clientes e nas refeições servirem água da torneira com sabor péssimo, em todos os restaurantes do hotel.
Ninguém nos informa que após a 1:00 da manhã o álcool é a pagar, não faz sentido pois trata-se de um all inclusive com bar 24H logo tudo deveria estar incluso nessas 24H
Muito decepcionante, local a não voltar, mantenham-se afastados se não querem ser roubados.

Perfect stay in a great holiday with exceptional food
Pros:

Second time staying, it’s a lovely hotel, great food, great accommodation and a great location

Cons:

Its mildly frustrating that we have to upgrade further to premium all inclusive, I’d rather just pay whatever the price and enjoy full access to all inclusive facilities and drinks
