Me gusto que me vean la cara de gil y me cobren por todo sin darme ni la mitad de lo que debieran

Cons:

Podrian no intoxicar a los huespedes (casi la mitad del hotel)
Podrian mejorar la sobreventa para no tener que ir a otro hotel porque vendieron tu habitacion dos veces
Podria tener playa y no tener las piscinas clausuradas 5 de los 8 dias en los que estuve

Excelente hotel , volvería de todas maneras
Pros:

Todo , es un excelente hotel en cuanto a instalaciones se trata , la habitación muy bien equipada y un buen tamaño . El personal muy amable. La comida espectacular muy variada y de primera calidad.

Cons:

La clase de stretching fue bajo el sol , hace falta un toldo que de sombra para ese espacio.

Absolute Katastrophe!
Anreise;
Flughafen gesperrt, Straßen zum Hotel völlig überflutet und gesperrt und nur mit Spezialfahrzeugen befahrbar!
Taxifahrt vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel ca. 90 Minuten!

Im Hotel;
Endlich im Hotel angekommen, herrschte völliges Chaos.
Die Rezeption war nur von einer Person besetzt und war leider völlig überfordert
Ewig warten war angesagt, mit drei Kindern nach dieser Anreise nicht so einfach.
Das anstehende Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Riesige Schlangen, langes anstehen und überall Wartezeiten
Der Dinner Saal war völlig überbucht und viel zu klein für so viele Leute.
Personal völlig überfordert!

Internet funktionierte nicht
Überall hatten wir Internet Ausfall.

Der Pool war überschwemmt, es war eine riesige Kloake, den Pool konnte die ganze Familie in den Ferien nicht benutzen.
Zudem konnte man z.b. nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen da es so nach Fäkalien stank.
Whirlpool konnte nicht benutzt werden.
Die Abwasserkanäle waren verstopft und es stank überall.
Keine Shows und Theater, keine Unterhaltung, nichts
Keine Animation für die Kinder
Alles war geschlossen
Die Bühne war überflutet.
Das Portofino Beach Restaurant war ebenfalls die ganze Woche geschlossen
Im Liftschacht hatte es Wasser und es stank stark nach Fäkalien

Strand;
Der Strand war eine absolute Katastrophe! Dreck und Schlamm bis zu einem Meter hoch!!
Der Gestank war wirklich schlimm!
Schwimmen im Meer war unmöglich!

Liebes Team, ganz ehrlich, ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll. Die Ferien waren sehr teuer, meiner Meinung nach, hätte das Hotel unter diesen Umständen schließen müssen!

Ich verstehe den wirtschaftlichen Druck einer so großen Hotelkette aber sowas darf nicht sein!

Niemand hat uns geholfen!

Priority did not reimburse a wrong booking regardless I slept I. The other structure belonging to the same chain. Ridicolous😂. Managment should change job and work at the Italian post
