Magnifique Établissement Très Agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé offrant un cadre magnifique.
Chambre agréable avec décoration soignée.
Présence piscine avec suffisamment de chaises pour tout le monde et suffisamment disséminé pour la tranquillité de chacun.
Très belle plage en bas de l'hôtel.
Personnel absolument adorable et très professionnel.
Présence d'un vrai parking très appréciable.

Cons:

Rien c'était parfait.
Peut être qu'une navette régulière jusqu’à la Marina ou Porto cervo serait bien car circulation très importante, impossibilité de se garer...la route est peu sécurisée pour faire le chemin à pieds le soir pour dîner.

Aged hotel which is not grand by any standard, and staff could have made a difference, but unfortunately there was no ef

Location: Secluded place with large garden, however the hotel sunbeds are not directly at the beach and some walking is required

Cons:

Sunbeds require at the beach club near the beach require reservation and are not included in the room price.
The hotel substance has aged and partially no longer state of the art. The real problem is the missing soundproofing. Falling asleep may be a challenge depending on noise emanation from neighboring rooms.
There was a strange atmosphere in the restaurant, particularly with breakfast. Staff were impolite, indifferent, to outright rude, when the guest had to give way to a waitor. There did not seem to be a consistent habit of greeting guests. We did not feel welcome, rather like the cause for „inconvenience“.
We stayed for a week. There was no welcome drink. Nobody ever asked how the stay was, not even when checking out.

Nos alojamos durante cinco días en este hotel y, teniendo en cuenta el precio tan elevado que pagamos, nuestras expectativas eran bastante altas. Lamentablemente, la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo que esperábamos y nos fuimos profundamente decepcionadas.

1. Atención al cliente pésima

Para empezar, la atención al cliente fue muy mala. En recepción coincidimos con dos empleadas cuya actitud nos pareció muy desagradable: comunicación difícil, poca amabilidad, respuestas bordes y, sobre todo, ninguna disposición para buscar soluciones.

Cada vez que necesitábamos algo, parecía convertirse en un problema. Para cosas tan sencillas como solicitar una plancha para la ropa, una almohada adicional o pedir ayuda ante un pequeño inconveniente en la habitación, tardaban muchísimo en ayudarnos y la comunicación era constantemente complicada.

En general, sentimos una falta enorme de amabilidad y de capacidad para solucionar problemas. Sinceramente, no es el tipo de atención que esperas recibir después de pagar una cantidad considerable por un hotel de esta categoría.

2. Habitación demasiado normal para el precio

La habitación nos pareció extremadamente normal teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos por ella.

En nuestra opinión, necesita una renovación o algún tipo de mejora para justificar ese precio. Además, las camas podrían ser bastante más cómodas y especialmente el colchón debería mejorar.

Cuando pagas este nivel de precios durante cinco noches, esperas una habitación que realmente marque una diferencia, y en nuestro caso no fue así.

3. Las supuestas “vistas al mar” fueron nuestra mayor decepción

Este es uno de los puntos que más quiero destacar porque precisamente elegimos y pagamos esta habitación por las vistas al mar que se muestran en las fotografías del hotel.

La realidad fue completamente diferente.

Las vistas reales desde nuestra habitación eran principalmente a un jardín.

Pros:

ホテルの立地は丘の中腹あたりにあり、Porto cervoの港や街まで少し歩くけど、車があればどこに行くにも比較的便利な場所。
施設や部屋は古さもあるけど、清掃が行き届いていたので特に問題はなかった。プールも静かでいつ行ってもサンベットが使えた。ビーチも歩いて数分。プールとビーチを行き来できた。
朝食も種類が豊富で良かった。

Cons:

残念ながらスタッフの接客レベルが少し低いように感じた。
ビーチクラブのランチをレセプションで予約し、コンファームまで受けたものの、予約できておらず、ビーチクラブまで行って再度確認して、遅い時間でのランチになった。
部屋付けの飲み物も間違いがあり、訂正した。

また、プールボーイのスタッフが常駐しておらず、ビーチタオルをどこでもらえるかのか不明だった。プールサイドのバーで貰えたのだが、プールボーイがいるデスク前で待ってる人がけっこういたので、スタッフからお客さんに声かけしてあげればより親切だと思った。

個々のスタッフは親切だし、話をしていても楽しいのだが、マネジメントやシステムが上手く機能していないように感じた。特にレストランとレセプションの連携が上手くいっておらず、部屋付けが適切に機能していないことが残念だった。

La chambre était très bien, tout comme la piscine et l'accès direct à la plage qui sont de vrais atouts

En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est décevant : bien qu'il y ait du choix, la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Sachez aussi que l'hôtel est très excentré et loin de tout, ce qui demande une organisation pour les déplacements.
