Extremely disappointed with the hospitality. Terrible house keeping n the staff is not helpful at all . Have to literally beg for everything . Don’t even have golf carts for the kids . The staff says it’s only for luggage . Very difficult to communicate as there is no who understands English
The property was beautiful. Overlooked the sea. Walking distance to two restaurants half a mile. Daily breakfast was delicious.
Bed was a little hard for my taste
Everything exceeded our expectations, this stay definitely made our holiday better. The staff was very polite and attentive to details. The breakfast was exquisite, with lots of options (particularly sweets). They have outdoor pool, private beach, tennis & padel courts. Very beautiful and spacious rooms. I think the Booking rating does not reflect the reality, it should be 9.5+/10.
We enjoyed everything
Die Lage des Hotels ist super schön. Die ganze Gegend um das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer waren sauber.
Die Grösse unseres Zimmers für 3 Erwachsene war etwas klein und eng. Aber ansonsten alles gut.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit eigenem Strand. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war sauber und es waren immer genügend Liegen frei. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und jeder Gang ein Erlebnis.
An der Unterkunft gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Nur die externen Vermieter der Strandliegen waren etwas unverschämt.
Excellent location, nice colours
A car is essential, or a healthy budget for taxi travel! The hotel is very isolated on a hill, with the nearest restaurants and supermarket a good 20 min hilly walk away. Tired and in need of TLC the hotel lives on its laurels of location near Porto Cervo and great views, but hotel ambience is missing. Rooms clean, basic, beds hard. Set in very nice gardens and with a lovely pool, the hotel is missing a trick by not creating appealing spaces particularly around the pool bar – all very spartan. The small sandy beach cove has sunshades and 2 loungers at €30/day. The beach bar is small but has lovely views. Pool bar food was dire, only tried it once. The hotel restaurant was ok – limited menu. We had one really good meal and one not very good. The breakfast buffet good and extensive. The saving grace was the staff ! So friendly, so helpful, especially our room housekeeper, big Daniel and the lovely Darina in the restaurant and Marina on reception. It is a four star… just… such a shame, with a few extra touches it could be so much better.
