Pros:

Liked our room as it had a Balcony very handy. It was a deluxe twin room. Spacious for hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very nice from the front desk staff, to security, to the bar and breakfast staff and the cleaners.

Cons:

For breakfast, would have liked more variety of cooked food. Very similar food each morning, very little changed for the time we were there.

Cons:

Tensione e nervosismo tra il personale. La camera che mi hanno dato aveva la porta del bagno senza maniglia (!!!) e che non si chiudeva.
Inoltre vado lì da tanti anni e sono alla fine mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare 25€ per il parcheggio e 25€ per il cagnolino di 5kg (che non fa niente in camera)

Posizione ottima e comodissima alla fermata della Metro Manzoni. Colazione continentale, dolce e salata, varia e buona.

Cons:

Stanza a mio avviso non del tutto in linea con le aspettative di un hotel 4 stelle. Probabilmente più adatta ad un buon 3 stelle o 3 stelle superior

Pros:

Ottima posizione, fermata della metro proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Ottima colazione, la nostra camera affacciava sul cortile interno e quindi non disturbata dai rumori esterni, nonostante la posizione centrale dell'hotel. Consigliato.

Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien (métro tram bus au pied de l’hôtel). 2 basiliques majeures sont accessibles à pied en une dizaine de minutes.
La literie est confortable, la chambre propre.
Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux sans être exceptionnel. Une grande terrasse permet de profiter du bar.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés!
