Convenient and clean
Pros:

I liked the great location and that the rooms were very clean

Cons:

The room took forever to cool off but other than that it was a great stay. They were attentive when I mentioned it wasn’t cooling and sent someone who helped me understand that I had to turn the temperature up in order for it to cool. Weird but it worked, it didn’t cool amazing but it worked well enough.

Heureusement qu’il y a eu que deux nuits …..

La petite cours avec ces fauteuils très agréable

Cons:

Le troisième lit était déplorable très inconfortable et trop petit. Il manquait 20 centimètres de longueur du matelas. L’oreiller tombait dans le vide. C’est inadmissible. On indique un 3 couchage pour un adulte !!!!! C’est inadmissible. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo de la réservation. Beaucoup plus petite. C’est décevant car le couchage pour les deux était bien.

Letto molto comodo, personale super gentile e disponibile e posizione dell hotel super.

Cons:

Migliorare il bagno, soprattutto la doccia perché ogni volta usciva l acqua in tutta la stanza. E migliorare sicuramente la pulizia in generale appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare le lenzuola perché erano sporche rotte e con qualche pelo in giro. Colazione un po da migliorare considerando il 4 stelle. Ma per tutto il resto hotel molto bello ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente ci torneremo!

Hotel bardzo czysty, miła obsługa. Ładny i dość przestronny pokój i łazienka.
Pros:

Śniadanie urozmaicone, można wybrać coś dla siebie. Dobry punkt do zwiedzania miasta.

Cons:

W pokojach wychodzących na ulicę czasem słychać w nocy ruch uliczny.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Não gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente ao fazer checkin e checkout. Ignorantes, e sem responsabilidade. Café da manhã bem ruim também. Pouca opção.

Pros:

Room was clean. Outdoor sitting area (outside the restaurant) was pleasant. Staff was, for the most part, responsive. Location was ok. Restaurant food was ok. Breakfast option was better than average.

Cons:

Air conditioning ceased to function after a couple of hours. While staff did respond initially, they did not follow-up. Little things not working like USB outlets - if the plus are there, make sure they work. Shower leak. Restaurant management ie why let a large group take up ⅔ of your restaurant while they are waiting to go to another restaurant. Shuttle service is not really an amenity .. they just call a taxi. My question at the end of a stay is "would I go back? Not likely. Facilities weren't good enough to draw be back.
