Ticked all the boxes and will happily return to stay again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Would have liked larger mugs for tea in the room and a little more milk. But overall it was delightful.

A mini castle surrounded by nature, a delightful find
Pros:

Beautiful, scenic, easy parking, good quality furniture, interior design spot on

Cons:

No spa, no massages or facials or sauna, steam etc which I found odd for this type of hotel.

Also breakfast missing hash browns!

Lovely location in a beautiful building
Pros:

Love the location and the age of the hotel - has a lovely vibe

Cons:

Some little details could have been better - for example, pillows were not great quality and I didn’t have a socket by my side of the bed to charge my phone.

Perfect stay in a fabulous hotel
Pros:

Stunning independent hotel, set in beautiful grounds. Staff were so courteous and super friendly! I just love this hotel. They make you feel so special. We had a newly renovated hotel and it was first class. High end fixtures and fittings. Decor was beautiful and the bathroom was WOW!! First visit back here since we got married in the hotel in 2019 but we will definitely book again when visiting the Toon. Special shout out to Abby on reception. Such a lovely lass

Cons:

Nothing

Wonderful place to stay - top marks from me
Pros:

We stayed in the Jesmond Dene for my aunt's funeral. The staff were so kind throughout, the rooms were excellent, the beds were comfortable, the food was delicious, all members of staff went above and beyond during our stay to make the funeral experience better for us. I couldn't rate it highly enough

Cons:

All good
