Firstly, its not even close to 5 stars. The location is near The Avenue mall which is only good part thats all. They didn't give us live station for eggs even though we paid for it because they said its not for Gulf air passengers and we were like we paid for it. Secondly there was no one at the entrance to take our luggage in, we literally took it inside ourselves. Food was average if you compare with other five stars hotel. I once stayed in Solymer Hotel from Gulf air and everything was soo perfect, food, people and the rooms. But here even after paying they were like this is for Gulf air passengers and this is not. Thats clearly discrimination, i would not recommend this to anyone.
