Pros:

Buena calidad en general. El spa muy bueno. Los masajes de relajación 10/10. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida es regular. Es como que no tuvieran un standar. A veces es pisco sour es bueno y a veces no. A veces te lo sirven en un vaso grande y otras no. Las quesadillas vienen llenas de todo y muy buenas y después te toca una quesadilla que no tiene ni contenido. El ceviche lo sirven en un plato grande y después en uno más pequeño donde viene mucho menos. Por otra parte la piscina exterior es muy fría. Debiera ser climatizada como la del sheraton de río por ejemplo.

O Hotel é lindo, organizado e fica dentro do mar em cima das pedras..
Pros:

Atendimento e equipe de funcionários.
Fomos assaltados no Estrada de Santiago para vina Del Mar. Roubaram uma mochila com o nosso passaporte Durante um troca de pneu 15 minutos antes de chegar no hotel. Recomendo Que fiquem atentos se alugarem carro. Retirem o adesivo da locadora(os bandidos jogam pregos para o pneu furrar e eles roubarem as malas)
Porém o atendimento do hotel através da chefe de Segurança Sra. Claudia e o colaborador Jhonata que também é brasileiro que foi responsável pela tradução junto com a polícia local.
Ao chegar no hotel imediatamente a equipe do hotel acionou a polícia e deu todo auxílio para gente fazer o boletim de ocorrencia e se colocaram a disposição de nos ajudar a resolver tudo. Durante a realização do boletim de ocorrencia dentro do próprio hotel fomos informados que tinham recuperados nosso passaporte e a polícia nos devolveu.
Temos certeza que a ajuda dada pelo hotel através da gerente do hotel e da chefe de segurança fizeram toda a diferença para polícia se empenhar em solucionar o caso.

Cons:

Ficamos tensos e triste pelo roubo na chegada a cidade, mas o Hotel fez a diferença e nos ajudou a recuperar nosso documento principal que era o passaporte.

Cons:

The hotel staff and facilities were "held hostage" by a corporate event, to the detriment of the experience for guests who come to relax and disconnect, seeking the "experience of good hospitality" that is promised. This was not the case. We requested a late check-out option, which was not considered. The staff needs more training if the hotel wants to position itself as a high-end establishment.

Servicio impecable en un ambiente majestuoso

La atención del personal, impresionante el nivel de atención desde que te reciben, en momentos de mucho trabajo ( como en el desayuno) siempre dispuestos a atenderte de la mejor forma
