Un 5 Estrellas de verdad!

Nos encantó practicamente todo! Desde la atención del encargado del estacionamiento, el bellboy, la recepción, y los servicios en el restaurant. Todo fue maravilloso. La comida en el restaurant fue sensacional, tanto la cena como el buffet del desayuno. No visitamos el Spa ni el gimnasio, por falta de tiempo.

Cons:

Nos encantó todo. Está un poco lejos del radio urbano de Viña, pero es lo menos.

experiencia, todo el personal espNuestra estadía fue realmente excelente de principio a fin. Desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien recibidos gracias a la amabilidad y disposición de todo el personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad y nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue el desayuno, muy variado, fresco y con opciones para todos los gustos. Era una excelente manera de comenzar cada día. También queremos destacar el restaurante, donde probamos distintos platos durante nuestra estadía y todos estuvieron muy bien preparados, con ingredientes de calidad y una atención impecable.

La piscina fue otro de los grandes puntos altos del hotel. Siempre se encontraba limpia y en perfectas condiciones, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de un momento de tranquilidad. Además, las instalaciones en general estaban muy bien cuidadas, transmitiendo una sensación de comodidad y descanso en todo momento.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la combinación entre un servicio cálido y cercano, instalaciones de gran nivel y un ambiente acogedor que invita a desconectarse y disfrutar. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy positiva y un lugar al que nos encantaría volver en el futuro. Totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan descansar y sentirse bien atendidos.

Realmente hay muy poco que señalar como aspecto negativo. Si tuviera que mencionar algo, diría que en algunos horarios el área de la piscina estaba bastante concurrida, aunque esto no afectó significativamente nuestra experiencia.
