Buena llegada, decepcionante salida sin shampoo en la habitación

Haber pagado por un servicio donde no contaban con los servicios básicos, no tenían shampoo en la habitación y la persona de recepción fue súper poco empatica con el tema.

Pros:

La vista de la habitación excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable; un trato muy cariñoso y al mismo tiempo respetuoso.

Cons:

Creo que faltan algunas amenities como pétalos de algodón, cotonitos, etc.
