Cons:

Más de una semana no tengo reembolso de garantía, lo considero como muy mal servicio. Tengo que tener algunas acciones contra el Hotel y contra Booking,como proveedor de su servicio?
No nos avisaron de que la piscina temperada va a estar todo el tiempo de nuestra estadía fuera del servicio excepto los primeros dos días .

Buena llegada, decepcionante salida sin shampoo en la habitación

Cons:

Haber pagado por un servicio donde no contaban con los servicios básicos, no tenían shampoo en la habitación y la persona de recepción fue súper poco empatica con el tema.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Check in was great as was service at breakfast most days. The room was spacious and pretty nice although shower smelled and looked a little moldy. Location offered an ocean view although I would choose a place of higher elevation and closer to more restaurants next time.

Descanso y regaloneo.

La vista de la habitación excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable; un trato muy cariñoso y al mismo tiempo respetuoso.
