Tuvimos que cambiar habitación debido a que nos asignaron una con puerta de unión con la adyacente y el ruido en la adyacente fue insoportable y no aceptable para un hotel e categoría.

Debió haber habido una copa de bienvenida, como es usual en este tipo de hoteles
Subrayo especialmente amabilidad de todo el personal. En el bar Camille fue muy gentil y proactiva y en la recepción Camila fue muy amable y eficiente para resolver un pequeño inconveniente que se presentó. El motivo de la estadía como en ocasiones anteriores, fue el festejo del cumpleaños de un miembro de la familia; el hotel lo tuvo en cuenta y ofrecieron una pequeña atención al cumpleañero además de asignarnos habitaciones con vista frontal al mar.
El restaurant estuvo muy bien; lamentablemente no retuve el nombre de quienes nos atendieron siempre con amabilidad, acogiendo nuestras preferencias. Los desayunos fueron siempre generosos, especialmente por la variedad de panes y la perfecta preparación de huevos al gusto.
Los puntos débiles fueron la calidad del café del desayuno y significativamente el almuerzo buffet del domingo. Si bien ofrecen late checkout para quienes almuercen en el hotel, la relación precio-calidad es inconveniente. La calidad de la comida queda bastante por debajo de los CLP 60.000 (más propina) por persona.

Todo excelente! salvo la limpieza de la habitación al llegar, había un cepillo de pelo y una botella de agua amedio usar, además unas colillas de cigarrillo en la terraza.
Restaurante muy bueno, piscina temperada excelente la temperatura, personal muy amable y cordial.
El desayuno, pobre en fruta…falta variedad
