This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. Replacing old carpeting in rooms and hallways would be a good start.

I liked the location - close to our event. Staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was meh. One waffle maker broken. Kids said the one that worked didn't cook thoroughly. Not enough fresh fruit options. Only some sort of fruit cocktail mixture.

The property in general was great, however a little bit of mold in the bathroom specifically around the threshold of the bathroom door.
Room was very large and quite clean. The indoor pool was nice as well. Hotel is in a very convenient location for activities.
The whirlpool in my room did not work. While the breakfast was free, it was not very good. The hotel used to have a large hot tub by the pool available for all guest use but it has been removed.
It was tucked away on a hill side. Walking trail to downtown jonesbourough. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was exceptional. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. My family and I really enjoyed it.

There was hair in the bathtub and the sink and bathtub faucets dripped. The breakfast food was cheap.
Quiet location, easy to get to ETSU
Key card issues the whole stay,had to wait forever to get checked in. Tt Breakfast was blah. Wasn't told I'd have to pay an additional $100 deposit until AFTER I paid regular payment.
The rooms are big, well lit, clean and well stocked. Also the pools amazing, even tho you can only swim peacefully before noon.
The pool is supposed to have an "adults only, kid free" hour or two at night but they never uphold it. It'd be nice to be able to swim without 5-15 screaming children splashing you.

The mattress head springs popping through and air conditioning not working very well. Told staff on hand about the situation the situation.
We decided to come and spend a couple of nights on Jonesborough so we could explore the town. This hotel is only a short walk from downtown and we wanted a convenient place so we wouldn’t have to drive. Check in was friendly and fast and the room was decent and clean. We ate breakfast there both mornings and a nice selection of good food and it was very clean and organized. The room was quiet and we could control the temperature and plenty of free parking. A good visit and we will definitely stay there the next time we come to Jonesborough.
