Location to the courthouse, price, ease of check in, friendly staff, coffee and tea bar in the room was nice

Cons:

Closet not tall enough to hang dresses, no soap for the bathroom sink, several plugs not working like the ones next to the bed so phone could not be charged there

Disappointed on this visit. Hope it gets better soon.

Front desk was helpful during check-in.

Cons:

The room we noticed was the same from our last stay because the door to the fridge was still broken, the mattress was very hard and worn, the heating/air conditioner worked, but was smelly if put on high fan. The shower flow was great, but the hot water did not last like it used to. Some improvements can be made. Pool does not seem to be cleaned often, so undesirable to get in. The lobby used to smell really good and very warm and welcoming. Not sure if there is new management, but since January 2026, there has been a noticeable drop in the care/appearance. Marijuana smell is offensive to those who do not smoke. Noticed more people hanging in the front of building smoking instead off going to the side of building so others do not have to be subjected to the it. I am disappointed to see the drastic change in the hotel. Hope things can get better.

Excellent hotel, clean and very friendly a taff
Pros:

Breakfast and staff were both excellent. The handicapped.room was great and the bed was not really high like most hotel beds. So much easier for me, a handicapped person to get in.

Cons:

The bed wasn't comfortable. Could have been just me but woke up with back aches

Pros:

I’m glad you have breakfast open for several hours without having to sign up, like you use to. Coffee good.

Very convenient since family lives in Jonesborough. Grandson loves the pool.

Cons:

We do not like the comforter between 2 flat sheets. The bottom flat sheet didn’t tuck in at foot so became a wadded mess on both beds.
