The lady in the kitchen area was great

Cons:

The front desk gentleman when I checked in was not friendly and their policy on debit cards is a bit over the top,they put a $250 hold on a card for a $75 room, this didn'tapplyto me but it couldput someone in a tough position. The bed was not comfortable.

Manager rude. Sink backed /gurgling noise twice in evening. They moved us another room. Ice machine right out the door was extremely loud. Manager made me feel like the issue was my fault!

The breakfast and cafeteria staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The front desk manager. He was rude did not let me speak. He kicked usout for over occupancy but our specific room was not over occupancy. When I attempted to pay for another room to avoid the other party's over occupancy he threatened the police. I checked out later that day and he waited at the front desk until after 3pm to check me out forfeiting our next day. I was given my security deposit but because he did not have any due diligence to rectify the situation I lost out on seeing my son who lives at steppenstone and an entire vacation due to his inability to stop talking and render correct service
