Pros:

호텔 위치와 뷰가 너무 좋아요. 해안가 섬들과 올레길, 한라산 뷰, 잘 가꿔진 정원 조경. 너무 아름다웠어요. 로비 리셉션, 현관문 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 서비스 좋으세요. 가성비도 좋아서 다음에 제주도 가면 또 갈것같아요^^

Excellent location and view, good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is facing the sea, with an excellent view of the sea and hotel gardens. We were upgraded to a large suite.

Cons:

First time I hear about pool fees. Not only you have to pay to the pool (inner pool and gym and sauna altogether), but the outside pool was empty.
Breakfast was ok but could be better for a 5* hotel.

명상하듯 제주를 여행하는 사람들에게 최고의 숙소
Pros:

이곳의 장점은 조용함과 여유로움입니다. 제주도의 그어떤 호텔보다 조용하고 한적합니다. 숙소에 머무르는 시간이 명상하는 시간처럼 차분하고 좋았습니다. 바다와 바람 그리고 햇빛이 가장 잘 느껴지는 숙소입니다. 그리고 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 배려가 넘치는 곳입니다. 저는 차를 이용했지만 공항에서 600번버스를 타면 종점이 칼호텔이라 편리합니다. 2019년도 부터 지속적으로 방문하고 있습니다. 야외수영장이 사용가능한 여름이 가장 방문하기 좋지만 귤따기 체험이 가능한 겨울도 좋고 봄꽃이 만발한 봄도 추천합니다.

Cons:

조식 메뉴가 풍성하지는 않습니다. 그래도 가장 기본적인 구성입니다. 편의점같은 시설은 없어서 호텔에 들어오기전에 미리 모든 것을 사두는 것이 필요합니다.

정원과 오션뷰가 좋고 조용함
Pros:

잘 가꿔진 정원과 오션뷰가 매우 좋습니다. 중문에 있는 호텔들보다 정원이 넓고 산책하기 좋아요. 직원분들도 친절합니다.

Cons:

노후된 시설은 어쩔 수 없네요. 대신 그만큼 가격이 저렴하니까요. 로비와 객실 리모델링 하면 좋겠습니다.

오래된 호텔에서 오는 편안함, 안정감. 무엇보다 호텔 앞 넓은 잔디밭과 산책로. 도심에서 벗어나 잔잔한 분위기와 평화로움
적극 추천함

Cons:

오래된 연식에 따라 호텔 외관부 페인트칠 벗겨진 부분이 있는데, 이 부분만 조금 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
