良いホテルでした。
Pros:

とにかく景色が素晴らしいです！朝食も美味しかったし、お部屋も清潔で、どのスタッフも丁寧に対応してくれました。お庭で結婚式が行われていて私達も一緒に参加してるような気分で楽しかったです。

Cons:

メインの照明がつかなくて自分達で電球を交換したら直りました。テレビの音はしますが、画面が映りませんでした。

Average. It could be better with new facilities.

Nice ocean view from our room

Cons:

A little under renovated, with old mattresses, mattresses are with spring and not memory foam. The AC was away from our beds so we were hot all 3 nights that we stayed . We had to open the windows trying to get some cold air.

Rooms are a bit jaded. Location is off the main city centre (but is easily accessible with taxi). Most disappointing was a lack of kyul (oranges) in the quite expensive breakfast menu

Decent hotel, comfortable bed.
Pros:

Only offered expensive buffet - which I did not purchase.

Cons:

In room safe didn’t work. Hotel charges you to use the gym and pool.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Ausblick.
Pros:

Die Aussicht von unserem ruhigen Zimmer in der 7. Etage auf das Meer und den schönen Park war wunderbar!
Das Frühstück war fantastisch, vorallem die koreanischen Speisen.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Es gibt einen Geldautomaten neben der Rezeption.
Am unteren Ende des Parks hat man gleich einen Zugang zum Olle-Trail und damit eine sehr schöne kleine Wanderung zum Wasserfall und ins Stadtzentrum.
Die Bushaltestelle am Hotel ist auch ganz nett. Der Bus fuhr leider nur im großen Zeittakt.
Da die Taxis so preiswert sind, ist man damit schneller und bequemer unterwegs.

Cons:

Ja, das Hotelzimmer und der Balkon sind schon etwas abgewohnt. Das ist nicht mal 4 Sterne.

Overall great, we were very happy there for 12 nights, but please open the pool!
Pros:

The hotel was outstanding overall - lovely room with a great view, incredibly gracious and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread.

Cons:

It's such a pity their swimming pool was closed. Why?!
Also, right below our room was a massive aircon condensor unit with the noisiest aircon fans I've ever heard. The windows are double (or triple?) glazed so it's quiet inside the room, but out on the balcony it was laughable - like standing above a jet airliner.

El peor cinco estrellas. No merece ni dos.

El entorno, espectacular. El personal del desayuno, atento a tus necesidades, con la educación y formalidad que esperas en un establecimiento de esta categoría.

TODO lo demás. El mantenimiento penoso de las instalaciones, limpieza? de mobiliario y moquetas inexistente. Cobran hasta por el cepillo y pasta de dientes!!!! Cobran por el uso de la piscina!!!! que ya había cerrado a pesar de que cuando se realizó la reserva especificaba que estaba abierta. Poca oferta para cenar a precios excesivos. Personal recepción, penoso. Inglés muy limitado. En el check out nos hicieron pagar un sobre coste de 30.000 wones porque manifestaron se equivocaron al pasar el cargo. Como íbamos justos de tiempo para coger el vuelo tuvimos que abonarlo de muy mala gana. Muy CUTRE. Un establecimiento de esa categoría? no supo estar a la altura. Pagué su ineptitud en el mejor de los casos. Prefiero pensar eso a que me engañaran. Hervidor de agua y cuatro sobres de te, no había cucharas. Ni siquiera café soluble. Jaboncito de manos en pastilla que se pegaba al cuenco cuando se usaba. En fin, todavía estoy en shock con este infame hotel.

Good sized rooms and view nice slightly fading hotel unmatched gardens and serenity.
Pros:

Beautiful views and gardens spectacular and close to great walks and small restaurant on water.

Cons:

The food avaliable was very limited and very expensive. The wine limited and could not buy by the glass unless red wine. Such a beautiful view a shame the restaurant was so limited. Disappointing. Pool was very cold.
