Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast in my room, I didn't understand why you only serve breakfast in the bedrooms. One of the beds was bad - mattress was not good at all

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at OYO Chiltern Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff were helpful and kindly extended my check-out time by an hour, which I really appreciated. There’s free parking available (although the machine wasn’t working during my stay), and the hotel is very close to local amenities, which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Corridor carpet was stained and work out.

Cons:

Carpet in the corridors - very dirty and stained.

Also no bathmat

And they should have soap dispensers rather than soap bars

Pros:

How close to the motorway it was. Tea and coffee facilities.

Cons:

More attention to was made to decorating toilet rolls and towels than cleaning hairs from bathroom. No bath. Cold room on arrival. TV didn't work well.
