Pros:

Parking was very good. Very clean , staff were very good and accommodating

Cons:

Very noisy from main road up till midnight and started again around 0430hrs .no net on windows, so had to keep main curtains closed not able to let light in , shower head / fixtures/ and some door handles all loose. No alcohol free beers or ales kept by bar, mattress could do with upgrading, as feeling springs through it.

Never again - to any OYO hotel
Pros:

It was functional. Staff did what they could to help.

Cons:

Double rooms are all on the road side so are noisy.
Check in policy requires them to take photo ID out of your sight and scan it. Why? I don't mind staff doing ID verification but they do NOT need to take a copy of it, which makes me vulnerable to identity theft. I'll never go to any OYO property again because of this policy.
Room in need of a thorough clean. Long dark hairs and grime in the bathroom.
Toilet roll holder fell off the wall in use.
Lift stank like cat pee.
There were other issues but I can remember them all. There are much better places for the same money.

Good overnight, ideal if you are having Bluecrest assessment
Pros:

The room was nice and clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful

Pros:

Nothing really! There was stains on the bathroom door

Cons:

The location, the staff weren't helpful at all! On the list of things included it said hairdryer. There wasn't one. The whole stay was awful
