Pros:

Struttura pulita, staff cordiale, posizione comoda e ben servita, camera singola di dimensioni adeguate.
Manutenzione nei limiti di ciò che ci si può aspettare visto il prezzo.

Cons:

Scarsissima insonorizzazione, sia rispetto agli interni della struttura sia rispetto al traffico esterno; per entrare la prima volta gli ospiti devono citofonare e se arrivano tardi la notte si viene svegliati dal suono, oltre che dagli inevitabili rumori alla reception.
Camera non particolarmente calda e senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura; la notte è risultata abbastanza fredda e due coperte non sono state sufficienti a dormire confortevolmente.
Temperatura e pressione dell'acqua della doccia totalmente inadeguate.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour les nomades
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein centre ville au milieu de tous les lieux stratégiques à moins de 30 minutes à pied ( Termini , palais du Quirinal , Fontaine de Trevi …)
Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon . La chambre est propre , la vue est magnifique sur la Via XX Settembre . Je recommande chaudement .

- Camera funzionale, di dimensioni discrete. Solo il bagno è leggermente piccolo
- Buona posizione, a 10 min dalla stazione Termini e circondata da ristoranti e bar

The staff working here are incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely delightful! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were perfectly clean. The location is ideal, Of course, in the morning you can hear the street, scooters, cars, and the occasional police siren, but I think you can easily consider it part of the local 'tourist experience' I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel. At the reception there is also a small kitchenette that guests can use, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and always fresh cookies, which is a really nice touch.
