Everything, rooms were literally like mini Apartments and spacious for more than 1 people ( I was alone).
Staff was amazing and also the restaurant was very good and handy. Breakfast was good as well.
I was initially informed that I would need to pay for two shuttle transfers to the airport upon my arrival instead of parking. However, the following morning I was unexpectedly asked to pay for both the shuttle and the parking as well.
When I tried to clarify the situation, the employee on duty claimed he was new and did not know anything about it, which was very unhelpful.
During the pick-up, I encountered a very rude driver who later stated that he was the owner. He refused to listen to my feedback or address the issue in any professional manner.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It is not surprising that the staff are not properly trained if this is the way the owner treats customers.
Convenient Location: virtually across the street from Marco Polo airport. Spacious room for family of three with 2nd loft bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Fairly easy yo take bus into Venice.
Location not pedestrian friendly.

They are very attentive to getting you to and from the airport on time.
Spacious rooms. Shuttle bus dropped us at departures.
Overnight stay at this excellent airport hotel a short (paid) bus ride from the airport. (Or a 15 minute walk to the terminal building.) Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. No aircraft noise.
A minor dislike: the hotel bar is rather like a waiting lounge and lacks atmosphere due to bright lighting. We made the mistake of using a taxi instead of the hotel shuttle bus from the airport. Taxis are exorbitant. Make sure you book the shuttle bus!
