Convenient, attractive hotel with great on-site restaurant.
Pros:

The hotel is located on a beautiful landscaped property. It is a 10-minute walk from the Airport along a defined path that felt safe to use. The restaurant was very good. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

When first entering the room, I smelled a strong chemical smell, which I assumed was a cleaner. That odor was gone as I returned from dinner. There appears to be an off-site parking lot at the hotel entrance which impacts how the hotel is perceived, but once on-site, it meets the needs well for hotel stay prior to an early morning flight from Marco Polo Airport.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Annia Park Hotel! The rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The airport shuttle is very convenient, and they can also arrange transportation to Venice at a great price. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Wonderful finish to our stay in Italy.
Pros:

Very clean, very close to the property, shuttle came immediately. We dropped our bags several days early and flew to southern Italy. When we checked in our bags had already been taken to our room. Irena was lovely. The restaurant dinner eas delicious.

It is a nice hotel but too expensive.
Pros:

Close to airport. Food in restaurant was good.

Cons:

I stayed in a room which had an upstairs bedroom. There is no handrail on these stairs. There is a good chance someone will slip and fall on these stairs.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.First, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel room. I was unable to sleep all night because of them.Secondly, when I arrived at the airport, the bus never showed up despite my repeated messages and phone calls. No one provided any assistance, and I was left waiting without any information.I paid a significant amount expecting a quality service, but the service I received was unacceptable and far below my expectations.I am very upset and would appreciate an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for these issues

In addition, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, most of the food had already run out and was not replenished.

Hotel was like being in a modern farm house with an extensive yard. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and well sized. There was a nice yard around our building and an outdoor patio. No negative feeling at all about being so close to the airport. We walked to the hotel from the airport in less than 20 minutes. There is a nice walkway alongside the roadway and the weather/traffic was good. We took the convenient shuttle to depart from the airport the next day after a nice breakfast in the main building.

Perfect for travelers looking for comfort
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is perfect for a traveler.

Cons:

Minor details: I wasn't informed that a buffet breakfast was available early in the morning, I would have loved to fill my stomach before a very long travel, but I could pick up only a couple things on the fly right before jumping on the shuttle to the airport. When I entered my room it was a little too warm (26 Celsius) and air conditioning didn't kick in until later in the night.
