Nice but not the best
Pros:

Location and access to the beach.

Cons:

The room air conditioner was not working properly and the shutter to the sliding door was broken. The property needs updates and attention to fixing up the rooms better.

Vacation made easy
Pros:

Clean, and lots of activities. Pool made it easy to plan pool days vs beach. Multiple room options. Across the street from beach but simple access.

Location, Location, Location!! Right on the Beach! Great facilities and clean rooms. We had a balcony room facing the ocean which was awesome! Second floor balcony rooms get better views. Great breakfast buffet and family-friendly atmosphere. Also, great and helpful staff. They even provided us with beach chairs and towels at no extra cost.

Everything was great. Keep up the good job!

Nice ocean-front room.
Pros:

Room was better than described. (I'm old-fashioned. I made our reservation by calling the hotel directly) Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, safe and well maintained. We would stay there again.

Never staying anywhere else
Pros:

This place never ceases to amaze me. We have stayed other places in Avila and they pale in comparison. The location is beyond perfect, you save hours of time that would be spent parking and packing by staying here. The staff is amazing, they are constantly kind and welcoming, from top to bottom. The rooms, although not huge, are well situated. Even at the premium price point, all of these factors still make this one of the best values you can find at the coast.

Best stay ever in Avila Beach ⛱️
Pros:

This is a wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect. The beds are great. The rooms are great. We had a group discount so the price was great too. The food was pretty good too. All the kids had a blast at the pool. There is a lot to do here. Loved my stay. Highly recommend and I will be back. Ps the customer service is excellent 👌.

It was perfect to visit Cal Poly and enjoy the beach.
Pros:

The location was awesome. Friendly staff and bed was super comfortable. I loved the wood shutters.

Great experience!
Pros:

Loved it here. As a family of 4 (two teens) having a large two bedroom suite was wonderful. Kids had their own room with separate beds, and we had our own room. The patio overlooking the pool and ocean was incredible- we even saw dolphins! I loved being on the second floor. This property is perfect for families with young children, but it was still great for us based on room size and location. The staff at check in were friendly and kind. Full breakfast in the morning, and great access to the beach and shops! Would love to stay here again and would absolutely recommend to others.

Perfect location! I have stayed here before and will definitely come back. The location could not be better; the room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable; the breakfast is excellent - a lot of options. The grounds and common spaces are beautiful and make for a peaceful stay.
