The young lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and sweet!!

Fabulous check in from the wonderful receptionist who took time to explain where everything was in hotel and was very welcoming. Room was quite large and spacious with a wonderful comfortable bed. Our room was spotlessly clean only thing I would say was floor was quite sticky and not too clean after walking around in your socks. Not a big problem just a point. All in all very good

How they made it so clean and it smelled so good and Special and the rooms were so Big and roomy I will tell my Friends and family to pick this Hotel in Lakeland Florida and peoples that work there they were so nice

I booked and prepaid my stay through Hotels.com for $102.00 for one night, with only a $3 fee due at check-in. When I arrived at 9 PM, the front desk was empty. After ringing the bell multiple times, a staff member finally appeared and told me I had to pay $3 plus a $100 deposit — nearly double the price of my prepaid stay, and something never disclosed during booking.

I explained to the staff that I just wanted to check in at 9:00 PM (not at 12:45 AM after my movie finished) and asked if I could pay the deposit when I returned. She refused and told me to drive to a gas station ATM — which upset me even more since there was no ATM in the hotel lobby.

As I was on my way to the bank, I received a call saying they had canceled my reservation altogether — seemingly out of revenge because I told the staff member she was rude and inconsiderate. I also pointed out that I’ve stayed at other Hotels.com properties in Key West and never once had to leave a $100 deposit.

This left my family and me without a room late at night. Thankfully, Best Western nearby checked us in immediately for $115 and did not require any deposit.

This Clarion Pointe was rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined our plans. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid this property at all costs.

My family and I were in town for our youth football game and from the moment I stepped foot inside the building it smelt so good. It was clean & quiet. We checked in pretty late, after 11:30pm, & the front desk receptionist was polite and in great spirits. Although the boiled eggs wasn’t the greatest choice for breakfast, it still was an enjoyable morning meal. The beds were extra comfortable, the room was clean and smelt great, and the pool was clean and warm. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we have to come back this way.

This is a great smaller hotel. Very clean, friendly staff; nice amenities and great location. The original hotel we booked was not a good choice and it was a refreshing change to move to this hotel. Very happy with everything.

The area wasnt great but hotel was ok beds were hard and I had no hot water. Also still waiting for my deposit back. I have pictures to prove how I left the room if need be. But staff was nice breakfast was good. It was clean. Again need my deposit back please thanks.

Didnt like anything , rude people work there , give away alcoholic beverage inorder to get good reviews, followed my wife everwhere , had to call the police on them , tried havibg me kicked out for a service dog i had which is 100% legal to have , shower had mold , sink was broken , roof stained, abandoned cars and boat etc...

All the staff were amazing and nice at the front desk. Everything we needed help with, they were happy to help. Very pleasant experience. The room was out of soap, but that was the only thing we had an issue with. The washer and dryer are a little dated and didnt dry our clothes in an hour cycle, but they're connected to an app that helps you pay for the load and gives you a time for when it was done. Difinately would go there again!

Clean room, good customer service, and tasty hot breakfast!

We were only in town for a short stay. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. We had family stop by and say hi, and enjoy the pool, which was very quiet and clean! We would stay again.
