Great room great golf shocking hotel service and restaurant t
Pros:

The room was great

Cons:

The welcome was beyond shocking
Had driven 6 hours to be met by indifference and dismally inept staff
Waited 45 mins to get to room
No one knew what was going on
The onsite restaurant is terrible
I cannot believe this is even allowed to operate - the lack of service and shocking food was a major let down

For the money inpaid to stay here- the room and amenities should be up to standard

Cons:

No hot water in the room- asked lady at reception, she said she would send someone, no one came.
No bath tub plug in bath die to water crisis but was never i formed about it when i booked.
Roof was leaking, made the floors and table wet in the room.

A little piece of heaven in Knysna
Pros:

Everyting- perfect place to relax and recharge, while exploring the Garden Route. The room and hotel are exceptional, so is the whole staff, always welcoming and with a beautiful smile! We would definitely like to be back!

المكان والاطلاله وترحيبهم جميل واشكرهم على ترحيبهم الخاص كما طلبت 🙏🏼

Cons:

رائحة بالحمام، دود بدورة المياة، التاخر في احضار الطلبات في وجبة الافطار من مقدمين الخدمة، يفضل عزل الجلسات الخارجيه الخاصة بالغرف للمزيد من الخصوصية

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Just about everything. Staff were incredible, along with the facilities.

Cons:

The hot tub was not available due to the water restrictions, which is understandable, however was not disclosed upfront. This was one of the reasons we booked the accommodation in the first place. There was also co fusion around the half board package that we had paid for upfront, which was resolved however.

Pezula Nature Retreat had a real high-end Lodge / Hotel feel. I loved their main building with their various antique wooden boats, motorcycles, Persian carpets and dark wood.
The bedroom was amazing!! 10/10.
We absolutely loved their main building spa. The room and the spa was the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

The fact that a hot tub was advertised as part of the room, only to find it was not in use due to water restrictions. This was false advertising and should have been deducted from our room.
The hotel restaurant was awful I’m afraid! Food was just too terrible, pizza was dry and cold and the fish very average. Not something you would expect from an establishment like Pezula. We ate in Knysna itself after our first terrible meal experience.

Always a great experience!
Pros:

It’s an amazing facility and we enjoy spending time at Pezula! The staff are friendly and always so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile! The food at Zachary Restaurant is exceptional!

Cons:

More attention to cleanliness in the rooms is required. Disappointed with not have access to the hot tub and not being informed prior to the time.
