Hotel parfait, mais peut-être moins la chambre économique.

Le service. La gentillesse du personnel. La situation de l’ hotel, la beauté de l'abbaye. La bible dans le tiroir...

Cons:

Nous avions loué la chambre économique qui était un peut exiguë, mais surtout très chaude, nous avons demandé un ventilateur que nous avons obtenue rapidement mais même avec lui, il faisait chaud.Ce serais appréciable de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres(la chambre est au rdc donc pas très rassurant d'ouvrir),peut-être mettre des barreaux.

Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet. Preislich nicht angemessen.
Pros:

Die Lage an der Loire ist schön, wenn man die direkt davorliegende Straße ausblendet. Das historische Gebäude hat einen schönen Flair. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Maisonettezimmer. Im oberen Schlafzimmer, wo das Doppelbett steht, war sehr heiß und stickig. Es gab 2 kleine Ventilatoren, die uns aber nicht wirklich weitergeholfen haben.
Wir haben bei der großen Hitze mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Dabei hört man dann die ganze Nacht den Verkehr und die nebenanliegende Bar, die bis ca.0:30 geöffnet hat.
Die obere Etage ist für größere Menschen nicht geeignet.
Die Ausstattung ist für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel okay, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

De atmosfeer van een abdij. De koele zitkamer naast de bar.

Cons:

De ongelofelijke hitte in de kamer op de tweede verdieping (geen airco) met alleen een rammelende ventilator.
Geen lift, terwijl het aantal treden goed is voor 4 verdiepingen.

Parfait, dépaysant, idéal !!
Pros:

Super accueil. Tout le personnel est charmant.
Chambre calme super propre. Il faudrait ajouter une poignée dans la baignoire, ca glisse énormément.
Vue sur la loire !!
Le petit déjeuner un régal, que des produits de grande qualité.
On reviendra y passer un week-end !!

Romantische tussenstop (600 km) voor heen- en terugreis.
Pros:

Verblijven als een vorst en vorstin in een Abbaye. 's Morgens wakker worden en genieten van het uitzicht over de Loire. Uitgebreid ontbijt ook. De auto staat binnen het hekwerk. Zeer centraal gelegen hotel. We komen zeker weer terug.

Ungewöhnlich schön
Pros:

Sehr schönes, ungewöhnliches Hotel direkt am Ufer der Loire. Traumhafte Lage, fantastisches Frühstück und abendliches Essen auf der Terrasse mit Flussblick, sehr nettes Personal. Das alte Kloster, in dem man hier nächtigt, ist eine Attraktion für sich. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful spot and a very impressive building right on the side of the Loire. Great local restaurants.

Cons:

Very basic room with no air conditioning and unable to open windows due to creepy crawlies, (Notice on windows) during our very hot two night stay meant little sleep.
