Great location and great staff!
Pros:

The reception staff is efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel is ideally located between the beach and the castle, with the modern art museum next door and 15 minutes walk to historic downtown and plenty of restaurants.

The hotel was very convenient to the city.

Cons:

I certainly would expect that bed linen would be changed at least three times per week during our stay. Unfortunately this did not happen. The bath was never cleaned whilst we were there. Very very poor. I of course could have bought this to the attention of the manager however if this hotel is rated a four star, then it should be standard operating procedure.
