Likely won't stay here again
Pros:

While we usually stay at another hotel on the other side of the mall, we wanted to try Homewood Suites.

While having the suite and extra space is nice, I probably would not choose to stay here again.

The furniture is worn and needs an upgrade. Our room overlooking the highway was noisy with traffic. The bed was lumpy, not very comfortable, and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

The bathroom is in an awkward location, such that if you turn the light on near the sink, it shines into the whole bedroom .

On the plus side - the rooms were clean.

Comfortable large room practical amenities very clean
Pros:

Comfortable room with a kitchenette nice new televisions breakfast was very good except the sausage it was overcooked everything else was delicious
WiFi was fast and reliable

Cons:

The jacuzzi was hot and clean but the jets were not working
The bathroom exhaust fan is not very powerful so if you take a hot shower it fills with steam and if you use the toilet you can smell it in your bedroom. ( the bathroom is in the bedroom) Each floor has an ice maker but the one on the third floor wasn’t working. (I was on the 3rd floor)

We felt very welcomed and cared for.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfy but Mayra (hope I spelled that right!) was absolutely amazing. She really made our stay so positive. We came to breakfast right at the end and she went out of her way to make sure the kids got something hot to eat. She was so warm and we were really grateful for how kind she was to us.
