Pros:

It’s very noisy hotel. Every night once I sleep , I can hear the elevator , no matter which room you are in. Same thing ! Room clean service not good , a little dirty

Was cool could walk anywhere in shinjuku to eat or see , when i first walked in it reeked like someone chainsmoked packs but the air purifier worked wonders

The hotel is in a really great location 10 minutes walk from the shinjuku train station. The breakfast was really good and made fresh on the spot. The room was ok and the service was great.

Excellent location, functional but very compact rooms, which are ok for a short stay. Recommend choosing the largest room available. Staff were very helpful and polite. Excellent quality breakfast. The only downside is that there is no safe in the room although there is a safety deposit box at reception.

Excellent location conveniently located in walking distance to the Shinjuku train station and shopping areas. The airport limousine bus is avaliable for drop-off and pickup, super convenient. Quite a few restaurants onsite, laundry, Shinjuku park is direcly across the street. Excellent buffet breakfast. Family mart and Lawson stores onsite, great for grocery items etc.The only downside is the rooms are very small, not convenient for your luggage. Otherwise highly recommend.
