great value and close to the airport. handy for one night stays , if flying in and out from narita
Pros:

free airport shuttle, food mart in hotel was handy too, shuttle to narita also good

Cons:

restaurant wasnt open in evenings. not walking distance to any shops or eateries

Pros:

小さいながらコンビニが併設されており、便利。
朝食会場から日本庭園(鯉も居る)の眺めが楽しめた。
朝食ビュッフェは、こぢんまりした規模だったが、珍しいメニューも有ったのが良かった。
部屋や内装から古さは感じるが、清掃状態は特に問題なかった。

Cons:

写真で見ていた部屋と違い、半ツインというか、ベッドルームがガラス戸で仕切れるタイプの部屋で、広さの割に狭く感じた。
特にバスルームが狭く、ユニットバスタイプなので、洗面台周りに洗面道具を置く場所が、殆ど無かった。
最近、どのホテルもエコに力を入れているとはいえ、タオルは、バスタオルしか用意されておらず、不便に感じた。
ベッドは、床に直に硬いシングルベッドマットレスを2つ並べただけの為、やけに低く、真ん中の境目もボコボコしていたし、ベットサイドにコンセントやUSB差し込み口も無かった。
チェックアウト時、外国籍らしきスタッフ2人がおり、日本語は流暢だったが、(作業で忙しかったのだろうが)挨拶時にコチラに顔も目線も向けておらず、ホスピタリティに欠けるように感じてしまった。

Cons:

La veille de mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai prévenu par un message via Booking que j’arriverai sûrement trois heures avant l’heure prévue.
J’ai bien entendu signaler mon intention de payer du coup les trois heures en plus car j’arriverai trop tôt.
Le personnel m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de soucis et que il n’y aurait pas de frais à payer en plus.
Donc j’arrive le jour J un peu plus tôt que prévu et la dame de l’accueil me dit qu’il faut régler pour les trois heures.
Je lui explique que la veille j’ai eu une conversation avec eux via Booking par message et que normalement je n’aurai rien à régler.
Elle m’a spécifié que soit je paye soit, j’attends.
Elle n’a même pas voulu savoir quoi que ce soit, malgré que j’ai traduit en plus la conversation en japonais, elle a rien voulu savoir.
Je ne poste pas ce message pour les 3000 ¥ que j’ai dû payer, c’est juste le principe que quand on dit quelque chose, on doit s’y tenir, sinon, on dit rien.

Pros:

空港↔️ホテルのバスも分かりやすかったです。
チェックインの時、機械操作をスタッフさんが笑顔で丁寧に説明してくれました。
コンビニもあって海外へのお菓子や、ホットスナックも売っていて助かりました。
シャワーの水圧、温度調整も思い通りに出来て水回りも綺麗でした。
寝間着、アメニティも充実していて大満足でした

Cons:

エアコン調整が細かく出来ないようで、肌寒かったのでエアコンを切りました。
