Pros:

The shuttle bus was easy to board with a pram.
The standard twin room was a decent size.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable.
The air con didn't work.
The light in the room flickered.
The room was furnished with absolute junk - old, nasty, sometimes broken crap. Nothing was nice or comfortable.
The bar area on the ground floor was the saddest bar I've ever seen.
The onsite familymart was helpful but much smaller than the convenience store at the Tobu airport hotel.

Pros:

We enjoyed the airport shuttle. Very suitable for us. Found the hotel close by the airport and staff at hotel were welcoming and hospitable.
We are staying at the hotel for two nights on our return from travelling throughout Japan.

A "hairy" situation
Pros:

The room is quite large and quite soundproof considering the close distance to the airport. Convenient store inside the hotel and free shuttle bus to the airport.

Cons:

There were long, black hairs everywhere in the bathroom, on the floor, and even in the bed. A couple of stray hairs can happen, but there were simply too many. I showed the photos to the staff at check-out, and their reaction was almost indifferent, to say the least (they could have offered a discount or a voucher, as is common practice worldwide in these situations).
The bath curtains were also quite smelly..
