Feeling ripped off
Pros:

Beautiful Poolside garden with roaming peacocks

Clean and very green comfortable hotel. Very well located. Close proximity to Vrindavan and major shrines of Mathura.

Cater to food requirements for lunch is required.
Cheap arrangements required for driver food , not clubbing with self food. Works out expensive thereoff.
No proper tie up for local guide for sightseeing visit to temples

Old and overpriced, not a four star hotel

Breakfast was ok and the guy in the front desk was friendly and nice. But there wasn't much else to like.

Cons:

By no stretch of the imagination is this a four star hotel! It's more like a two star hotel. Facilities are very basic and old, rooms and bathrooms are poorly lit, and many things do not work. I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower and it's impossible to switch off all the lights in the room without switching off all the outlets. The only option to charge a phone and sleep is to unscrew the lightbulbs. The room was also way overpriced.
