Clean room

The pool isn't heated and the hot tub doesn't work. What's most annoying is that none of the staff happened to mention this and no one has taken 'heated pool' off the marquee. On the plus side, it was very quiet, the staff was friendly. The free breakfast is very basic and uninspiring. At least the coffee was hot. It would be nice if there was a coffee maker in every room.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Best Western in Granbury. They were clean, quiet, with good amenities and, the staff was very friendly.

The room was great. My only complaint was that the commode was too far from the toilet paper to reach it.

Overall very good

We love Granbury as an overnight getaway. We have stayed at several hotels and B&B. This is a great hotel and convenient!

This is a very nice hotel, parking lot is a bit tight but not bad. Staff were friendly and the room was big and clean.
My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for me and the pillows weren’t all that great. I would say bring your own pillows if you’re picky.

The room had a mildew smell and I immediately got congested. The blanket on the bed was real light like a sheet, couldn’t really call it a blanket. No extra blankets in the closet or dresser drawer. The carpets were clean the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was your typical cereal, bread items and coffee. I have spent less and stayed at better. So so hotel but not for 190 a night.

The bed was so disgusting we ended up just sleeping in the car. Filthy, stained mattress. Totally paid, an expensive rate, just to sleep in my car.

The check clerk was very pleasant. It would be nice if every one could be as good as she was.

The stay was nice. The gal Constance was the best. She put a new fridge in as mine in the room did not work and i had to keep my medicine cold. The only big problem was the bed. I could feel springs amd lumps in the bed. It didn't help for a good nights sleep. The pool was also down, to which would been nice to have a text to let me know.

We enjoyed our stay!!

Arrived for out 3pm check in and couldn’t get into our room. I asked staff if there was a charger for electric vehicles nearby and they told us no, only to find out the next day that there was one right next door. Receptionist never even smiled upon check in. Room smelled bad. The room across the hall had a dog in it that barked and whined the whole morning. Very expensive considering the quality of the hotel. Would not stay again.

This Best Western is terrible the service/housekeeping! BEWARE they will make up an incident and charge you after you check out! There pool is not heated and the hot tub doesn’t work (advertised on there big sign) Breakfast is not the best either! Do not stay here!
