The staff on the front desk were very unhelpful, I sent 2 messages through the app and called them all receiving no answer. I had to find an alternative number on google which when finally connected they did not offer any support or guidance in regards to my check in question that I had to call back an hour later for further information. On arrival, they checked my booking and tried to charge me again for my room which I had to question as to why when I had already paid online. Arriving in the room the bedding and curtains had holes in it, there was a cockroach next to the tv and the towel had faeces on it. I would not recommend people staying.
A lady at the breakfast was very friendly.
The checking experience was terrible. I paid via Booking for the stay. It was confirmed. Then when checking-in at 9 pm I was told “your payment authorization was declined, you deal with it”. The worst part was their attitude, they refused to help in any way, blamed us and told us to resolve it ourselves with Booking, even though my payment went through which I showed them. The room was booked in advance, they confirmed the booking, our check-in was late, so they had plenty of time to resolve any issues with Booking they had. A print-out that they showed said “Change Reservation - Override Requested.”. I’m pretty sure this was their mistake and they tried to change my booking reservation. Why blame me and refuse to help? One of the worst experiences in many years of using Booking.

La ubicación es fantástica. Es un hotel de paso. Nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta, olía un poco raro, se escuchaba mucho ruido y, a pesar de haber apagado el aire, había un ruido que cada X tiempo se encendía como de aire acondicionado también. El desayuno más bien sencillo, hay una máquina para hacer pancakes, tostadas, plátanos, yogurt, café y zumo.
La cama, era muy blanda, de resortes. Te hundías. Que estuviera la cafetera en el baño. No lo entendimos.

Malé polštáře, malé postele, úplně pohodlné spaní to nebylo.
Camera molto ampia, tutti i servizi funzionanti, è simile a un motel ma con ingresso dalla lobby e ascensore interno. Parcheggio gratuito, buona colazione inclusa (raro in questo tipo di strutture). Personale gentilissimo.
La posizione non è eccezionale ma per noi era solo una tappa di uno spostamento (Bekersfield è un ottimo punto per fermarsi se ci si sposta dalla costa alla zona dei parchi) quindi non è stato un problema.

Front door should be locked during business hours. Anyone can walk around the premises and wonder around. I saw this happened when I was checking in. I was ready to leave but the clerk told me that I was already charged. When I arrived in the parking lot at night there was a homeless person in the parking lot and scared me.
There was a hole by the shower, poorly repaired. The sink and shower drainage was poor and flushing the toilet also
One of the beds were really uncomfortable. The air conditioned wasn't working properly and the blackout drapes had holes in it.
Lot's of homeless people surrounding this hotel and didn't feel safe.
The safe feeling in a bad area. The gate and attention to the property was magnificent.
