Ingen betjening i baren selvom den var åpen til sent. Ingen kom selvom hyggelig dame i resepsjonen sa hun skulle ringe noen med en gang.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Anlage selbst ist auch wunderschön. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Innenbereich könnte eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, man sitzt sehr schön lim Innenhof und das Essen sowie der Service waren sehr gut!
Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung der Zimmer sowie des Hotels wären notwendig.
Die Anlage befindet sich in einem top Zustand. Die Außenanlagen sind parkähnlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und überaus gepflegt und sauber. Die ganze Anlage versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine ausgezeichnete, vielfältige Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das charmante Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen. Es gibt gratis E-Ladestationen.
Man braucht ein Fahrzeug, um an den Iseosee zu kommen.
Das Hotel ist wunderbar in einem grossen Park eingebettet. Das Zimmer war gross, mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielseitig.
Die Badezimmer (auch das meinder Reisebegleitung) waren leider total veraltet und werden den heutigen Ansprüchen der Gäste und der Positionierung des Hotels nicht mehr gerecht.
