The room is a bit small, which was not a problem considering the good quality price , but they coud add some more shelves to store your things

Staff didn’t want to help with the charging problem and never ever tried to help. The guy on the reception listened only to reply the same answer I always got from him because this is what he was taught or told. And instead of LISTENING and DELIVERING SERVICE he kept giving me the same phrases. That’s way too bad for the service. Each guest has individual problems and they must be solved personally. By the way they charged me twice and it’s been a week after I was promised I will get my money back. But still nothing. My bank confirmed they should release the amount however that hotel doesn’t do anything.
Местоположение шикарно! меньше 10 минут пешком до многих достопримечательностей, до автобусной и железнодорожной станции Victoria и до метро. Завтраки однообразные, дольше недели уже надоест.
Если открыть окно, то сильно пахнет из кухни, так как, видимо, номер находился над вытяжкой, хотя и над центральным входом.

Before checking in, I’ve had a few doubts about the stay, after reading some complaints online about a renovation. There aren’t any more renovations taking place at the hotel. It was quiet, also the neighbourhood is nice. The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Thank you for such a nice stay.
