Bra och mysigt hotell, duktiga på glutenfritt.
Pros:

Ett toppenhotell! Det ligger bra till med cirka 10 minuters promenad till Victoria Station. Hotellet känns genuint och hemtrevligt liksom, med en mysig utegård. Personalen var mycket trevliga. Frukosten hade allt man behövde (engelsk frukost, yoghurt med olika flingor, bröd, olika ägg-rätter, lax, ostar etc). Jag åkte med en glutenintolerant och det var verkligen inga problem alls, personalen på frukosten fixade glutenfritt utan krångel. Jag rekommenderar det här hotellet och kommer boka igen om tillfälle ges.

Very comfortable hotel at a convenient location.
Pros:

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Hotel is in a quite location close to Victoria station.

Cons:

Breakfast was rather bland and the coffee was very poor. Perhaps a more creative take on a cooked breakfast would help.

No hablaba banda de español su personal, un fallo que hace que la valoración no sea 100% positiva. El español es una lengua de las más habladas en el mundo. Gran fallo!!

Good location
Pros:

Room was good size had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good selection to pick from. Tiffin Tree I'd recommend food was excellent was very busy so a little bit of time to wait for menus but the food and service from the staff made up for the delay. 10% discount to as hotel guest. The outside space I can imagine would be lovely at a warmer time of year. Location was good for walking to London sights.

Cons:

Heating in room we felt a bit cold at times

Mycket bra.
Pros:

Läget var mycket bra och hotellet var superfint. Rummet vi bodde i var stort och generöst

Отель полностью соответствовал ожиданиям, хорошие номера, приятная территория перед отелем и шикарное месторасположение, но из-за отношения персонала сложилось двоякое впечатление и чувствовался дискомфорт

Cons:

мы не учли информацию, что несмотря на то, что мы оплатили номер, при заезде нас попросили снова оплатить поскольку отель не получил деньги от букинга, из-за чего нам пришлось заплатить за номер дважды. Пока на ресепшене мы пытались это выяснить, как так получается, к нам пришел менеджер отеля, который оказался крайне неприятным мужчиной, он выглядел так, будто наконец обрёл какую- то власть и то и дело само утверждается за счет постояльцев. Это выглядело очень жалко, он был груб, и крайне отвратительно разговаривал с нами. Вместо того чтобы спокойно объяснить и разрешить ситуацию, он выбрал агрессивную позицию. Поэтому несмотря на преимущество отеля, я больше никогда там не остановлюсь и никому не посоветую, ибо если вы столкнетесь с ситуацией где вам нужна будет помощь персонала вряд ли вы её сможете получить, так ещё и столкнетесь с грубостью и агрессией. Испортило всё впечатление о пребывании как в самом городе так и в самом отеле. После разговора с менеджером я почувствовала моральное насилие.
