A quiet Westminster gem with exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and easy Underground access.
Pros:

This is a lovely property in a very quiet area of Westminster, but with very easy access to the Underground. The staff are constantly making sure everything is perfect. Whether at breakfast in the morning, or in the lobby, there are always making sure everything is perfect. It's honestly refershing to see. Our room was on a corner overlooking the Vincent Square, which had soccer practices in the afternoon, which was fun to watch. Bathroom, beds, linens, etc. were all great too.

Our room came with breakfast included which was also very nice. Either buffet style or made on demand items.

We also ate at the Tiffin Tree restaurant (Indian Food) one night, and it too was very very good.

Overall, extremely pleased with the Wellington.

Sayfanızdan kiralamış olduğumuz odayı ilk gün vermediler, daha pasif daha alt düzeyde bir oda verdiler. İkinci gün odamızı değiştirdiler bizim talebimiz üzerine ancak sayfanızda bulunan özellikleri maalesef sunmadılar düşük vasıflı odada sundular ancak yüksek vasıflı odada sunmadılar. Büyük bir pişmanlık benim için açıkça sayfanızda göstermeme rağmen özellikleri hayır bizim sayfamızda yok dedi onların sayfasında da gösterdim ancak ne yaptım ne ettim o kahve makinesini odaya aldıramadım.

Cons:

Hotel charged me twice - once via booking.com and once by insisting I pay by card. Now telling me one is a pending charge even though I have provided proof that two charges have been taken. No proactive contact and having to chase. Do not recommend.

Pros:

Hôtel confortable et bien situé. A 15min à pied de Buckingham Palace et de Big Ben, métro à proximité et bus.
Nous étions au 4ème étage peu de passage dans le couloir donc ça allait. Quartier calme autour avec un minimarket à 5min.

Molto apprezzata la posizione e la tranquillità del quartiere. 10 minuti a piedi da Victoria e Green Park. La pulizia della camera ed in generale della struttura é stata molto gradita conoscendo gli standard anglosassoni. Ampi spazi e ricambio d’acqua in camera quotidiano in bottiglie di vetro ci sono piaciuti. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare palestra e ristorante o zona bar

Non ho gradito una addebito di 160£ come garanzia che l’hotel ha prelevato dalla mia carta e dopo 2 gg dal termine del mio soggiorno non vedo ancora restituita. Questo mi lascia molto perplesso oltre che deluso. La vicinanza con il ristorante indiano che ha le cucine dal lato dell’ingresso ti regala odori intensi di India ogni volta che arrivi e se hai la stanza lato parco ed ingresso come la nostra. Sicuramente isolare le finestre sarebbe un bel upgrade. Così come istruire il personale a salutare ogni qualvolta che un cliente attraversa la hall da un 4 stelle questo me lo aspetto

Bella struttura in posizione strategica, vicino a metro e principali attrazioni di Westminster (Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, big ben raggiungibili anche a piedi). Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, letto grande e comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato caffè, te e biscotti in stanza per una colazione rapida. Personale cordiale e disponibile, hanno prenotato per noi presso ristorante indiano affiliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Stanza poco luminosa (solo una piccola finestra su un cortile interno). Ci saremmo aspettati qualche servizio in più per un 4 stelle (frigobar vuoto) ma globalmente consigliato.

Ein perfektes Hotel in einer perfekten Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt - 10 min zu Fuß zur Victoria Station und fußläufig Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace und Hyde Park. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, an nichts hat es uns gefehlt und das Frühstück war ebenfalls top!
