Attention to details and amazing breakfast
This hotel is wonderful. My husband communicated with them prior to our trip and they took care of everything we asked. Since we had a 16 hour flight from SFO we paid for an additional night so we could get our room at 5 AM. We arrived and were whisked to our wonderful suite where we slept and showered before beginning our day. We booked our private tours through the hotel and they were perfect. Guides were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a driver and a guide in a comfortable Mercedes. We saw all the great sights in Ho Chi Minh City.
Breakfast in Opera was very good. We chose the menu instead of the buffet and had great waffles and oatmeal as well as great fruit selections from the buffet. Breakfast was included so you could do both. Coffee drinks were expertly crafted each morning with many choices. We did have a little language communication issue, but the managers helped and the staff was very nice and efficient accommodating all our requests.
We sat by the pool one afternoon and it is nicely kept and the grounds were very nice.
Our suite was beautiful and kept clean and organized. I thought I detected a slight musty odor; they quickly brought an air purifier and that took care of it. Also, pillow and bedding requests were ready when we arrived. The closet was a good size for people staying as long as we did. Bathroom amenities were plentiful and restocked daily., as well as bottled water and fresh fruit. Someone mentioned the towels, they truly are very large. And yes, a Dyson hairdryer. I am definitely buying one of those, so light and powerful. We had a powder room as well which was great for a long stay.
We loved everything about this hotel. It is beautiful and everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful and appreciative of our business. Make sure to look at the lovely art throughout the hotel.
I will review Opera for lunch and dinner separately. We went to visit other hotels to look around and that convinced us the Park Hyatt is the place to stay.
Absolutely beautiful hotel staff are amazing exceptional service total luxury, which I didn’t expect I would so recommend to come to Saigon and stay at the Park Hyatt
Booked through Amex and top notch the min we got in front. Ate all the chocolate and macarons that they gave us. Never stay at a place that has a Dyson hair dryer or a Bose speaker in the room before. The towel was very large for someone like 6ft and I'm only 5ft. Good location. Walking distance to the Opera and Mall but a very busy area. Luckily, we only stayed our last night.
Toller Pool, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, zentrale Lage
Zimmer für zwei Personen und ein Kind eher klein. Extrakosten für das Zustellbett.
Everything was well done.
Sometimes noise from construction nearby.
Incredible hotel. Friendly accommodating staff attends to every need. Beautiful grounds kept impeccably- breakfast is incredible and in house restaurants are superb
This is an oasis in the center of the city.- and don’t miss this spa!
The hotel is exactly as shown, the reviews are accurate, it’s beautiful, centrally located and everything is great! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
I recently stayed with my family at the Park Hyatt Saigon and loved our time here. We opted for two adjoining rooms. Although initially setting this up was a bit more complicated than other experiences, when we arrived our everything ran smoothly. The team here is on top of their game, intuitive and will create a hospitable stay. Make sure you check out the 2Lam Son bar if you get a chance, it’s pretty interesting people watching.
Beautiful hotel, quiet and comfortable.
Best pizza ever in their Italian restaurant comparing to th best Italian restaurant in Italy. Bravo to their Italian chef
I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon overall. The location is unbeatable, right in District 1, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. One detail that really stood out to me was the signature scent throughout the hotel — from the lobby to the elevators, there’s a consistent, pleasant fragrance with notes of bergamot that creates a very refined and welcoming atmosphere.
However, there is one issue that I found disappointing. The deposit that was charged to my credit card at check-in has still not been released, even four days after check-out. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much quicker process in refunding or releasing held funds. This is something that could definitely be improved.
Overall, a great experience with excellent ambiance and location, but the handling of the deposit leaves room for improvement.
We spent 3 nights in the Park Hyatt in Saigon. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, welcoming, and helpful. We ate dinner three nights at their restaurant Opera. Every dish was deliciously prepared, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. All were so flavorful. The drinks were perfect, and we had a wonderful experience with our servers, who were so friendly, and engaging. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. It was relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We hope to return one day and will definitely stay at the Park Hyatt.
Extrem freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Wir konnten auch nach dem Auschecken noch Pool und Duschen benutzen, weil wir einen sehr späten Flug hatten.
Vorzügliches Essen im vietnamesischen Restaurant.
Nichts
Stunning and relaxing hotel in the middle of Saigon vibrant life, rooms, restaurant, lounge All amenities were first rate
Park Hyatt Saigon is undeniably a beautiful hotel — elegant architecture, tasteful decor, and an excellent location for exploring the city. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several service issues that fell below expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
Upon arrival, staff brought a POS machine to my room for payment, but when I explained my wallet was in my carry-on that had not yet arrived, I was asked to go downstairs to complete the payment instead of waiting. This felt inconvenient and not very guest-oriented.
Later, I called reception to confirm reservations that had already been agreed upon in writing with the Concierge, but I was given incorrect times that differed from the emails, disrupting my plans.
The hotel also recommended I purchase tickets for the AO Show. Despite having my itinerary, they suggested a time too close to my arrival, making it impossible for me to attend. As a result, I missed the show entirely due to poor recommendation.
Most concerning, after housekeeping serviced my room, I found a piece of glass in my bed and was cut by it. I reported it, and staff mentioned they would follow up with a gesture or compensation, but nothing ever came.
Coming from Capella Hanoi and Four Seasons Hoi An, the gap in service was significant. While the hotel is beautiful, these issues prevented my stay from being anywhere close to excellent.
This was an fantastic hotel, top five star! Great atmosphere, amazing service and staff. The room was large and superclean. We will come back for sure!
top notch hotel, superb service, and excellent rooms. this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. definitely highly recommended
