Park Hyatt Saigon

A wonderful experience- every staff member was attentive and had the positive energy around them. Room was spotless, nicely decorated, everything felt luxurious. We enjoyed our time at the pool area in the afternoon, surrounded by lush greens. Breakfast buffet was great with so many healthy choices, you actually can order items from the menu which were included as part of the buffet.

The Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautifully furnished hotel in the classical style situated in the center and right next to the opera house. The rooms are large and classically furnished with marble bathrooms and a large walk in shower/bath . The service and staff are excellent! We had lunches and dinners in the restaurants onsite and the food was delicious! We had pizza and pasta for lunch and both were like you would expect. We also had dinner in Square One on the mezzanine level one night .The food was superb as was the service! Would highly recommend having dinner in this restaurant. We also had a couple of cocktails in the bar on the ground floor every evening . The staff there were very welcoming and after the first night remembered or names and what drinks we had the night before. That is what I call good service! They also mixed the best martinis we had on our tour of Vietnam. When we had some questions about Vietnamese Gins, Jake , one of the bar tenders took us through them and explained the different botanicals and history of the Gins. A big thanks to Jake for that! We appreciated it! All in all great hotel, wonderful staff and decor! Would highly recommend and we will be back!

The food was exceptional, especially the Italian restaurant—the lasagne and steak was quite honestly one of the best I have ever tasted. Breakfast was equally outstanding, with such a fantastic selection and quality.

The grounds and interiors are simply stunning, and everything from reception to check-in and check-out was handled so smoothly and kindly.

We only stayed for one night, which felt far too short, but it has left a lasting impression. We will most definitely be back.

I was in HCM during a long weekend that led to elevated rates when I booked two months before my trip. I stayed at a boutique hotel that was far from satisfactory. Decided to move out early and stay at the Park Hyatt, which while cost more were every bit worth the premium with prime location, superb service, great food & well-appointed rooms. Highly recommended.

The Park Hyatt was everything that we hoped it would be. A beautiful hotel with immaculate rooms and excellent service. The restaurants are on the pricey side but this was made up by happy hour 1700-2000 in the bar every night where I enjoyed one of the best martinis in Asia!

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon from April 18-21 and it truly felt like coming home.
From the moment we arrived, Bac the bellboy immediately recognized us from our visit last year and warmly helped with our bags. It was such a nice personal touch to be remembered after a full year.
Ms. Hang Tran handled our check-in smoothly and clearly remembered all the special requests from my earlier correspondence with the hotel. Her warm and professional service set the perfect tone for our anniversary trip.
We were pleasantly surprised upon entering our room to find a beautiful bouquet of fresh roses and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Later, the hotel thoughtfully delivered chocolates and a delicious cake to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary — a very sweet and memorable gesture.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an excellent variety of both local Vietnamese favorites and Western options. The noodle stations and made-to-order eggs kept things interesting across our three mornings. I particularly enjoyed the new coffee selections this time: salt coffee, coconut coffee, and egg coffee. My absolute favorite, though, remains the refreshing young coconut drink — I really hope it stays on the menu as a permanent staple!
The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant design and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The staff throughout were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient — just a 12-minute walk to Saigon Square (the multi-story mall) and only about 5 minutes to lively street vendors and the local market.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and once again felt truly valued as Hyatt loyalists. We’ll definitely be back.

Room services were very good, nice flowers for our anniversary. We returned to hotel second time after our wedding in 2011. Much appreciated. However, we did not have good services and the food quality was not as expected at Italian Restaurant ( The Opera).

A beautiful facility with excellent service and amenities. We stayed at the hotel and had a business meeting there as well. The entire experience was excellent - I would highly recommend the Park Hyatt Saigon to anyone traveling to HCMC.

World class one of a kind experience. One of my favorite hotels/resorts worldwide. Excellent staff who goes beyond the call of duty to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Best breakfast in the world. Immaculate hotel and room with great attention to details.

An amazing hotel. From the time of check in where the lady at the check-in counter asked me if I would like to be escorted to my room, to checking out, it was a very pleasant experience. I would stay here again for sure.

Attention to details and amazing breakfast

This hotel is wonderful. My husband communicated with them prior to our trip and they took care of everything we asked. Since we had a 16 hour flight from SFO we paid for an additional night so we could get our room at 5 AM. We arrived and were whisked to our wonderful suite where we slept and showered before beginning our day. We booked our private tours through the hotel and they were perfect. Guides were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a driver and a guide in a comfortable Mercedes. We saw all the great sights in Ho Chi Minh City.

Breakfast in Opera was very good. We chose the menu instead of the buffet and had great waffles and oatmeal as well as great fruit selections from the buffet. Breakfast was included so you could do both. Coffee drinks were expertly crafted each morning with many choices. We did have a little language communication issue, but the managers helped and the staff was very nice and efficient accommodating all our requests.

We sat by the pool one afternoon and it is nicely kept and the grounds were very nice.

Our suite was beautiful and kept clean and organized. I thought I detected a slight musty odor; they quickly brought an air purifier and that took care of it. Also, pillow and bedding requests were ready when we arrived. The closet was a good size for people staying as long as we did. Bathroom amenities were plentiful and restocked daily., as well as bottled water and fresh fruit. Someone mentioned the towels, they truly are very large. And yes, a Dyson hairdryer. I am definitely buying one of those, so light and powerful. We had a powder room as well which was great for a long stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is beautiful and everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful and appreciative of our business. Make sure to look at the lovely art throughout the hotel.

I will review Opera for lunch and dinner separately. We went to visit other hotels to look around and that convinced us the Park Hyatt is the place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel staff are amazing exceptional service total luxury, which I didn’t expect I would so recommend to come to Saigon and stay at the Park Hyatt

Booked through Amex and top notch the min we got in front. Ate all the chocolate and macarons that they gave us. Never stay at a place that has a Dyson hair dryer or a Bose speaker in the room before. The towel was very large for someone like 6ft and I'm only 5ft. Good location. Walking distance to the Opera and Mall but a very busy area. Luckily, we only stayed our last night.
