My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Saigon in February 2026. This was our first trip to Asia, and our first stop was in Saigon/HCMC. We knew that we were going to be arriving during Tet, so we weren't sure if restaurants would be open. All of this is to say, that out an abundance of caution, we picked a large American chain hotel to stay, where we knew in a pinch that we could either find places to eat, be directed to those that were (in our native language (English)). Shortly after arrival, we realized that our concerns were way overblown. If given a choice, we generally prefer boutique hotels. However, this one was so beautiful, that I was glad that we made the decision that we did. The location was fantastic and the staff were warm and friendly. Whenever we had a break in our day, typically we'd head back to the hotel and lounge poolside in one of the private cabanas (if available) and regale ourselves before dinner. Objectively, I can't think of anything I'd change about the hotel or our experience there.

My experience at Park Hyatt Saigon has been truly exceptional. The property is in a prime location in District 1 and is great condition. As a consistent traveler, my standards are high — and I was absolutely blown away by the exemplary service and seamless experience from start to finish.

I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City late at night (my first time in Vietnam) after a 25+ hour journey. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at ease. I must give special recognition to Ms. Thu at Reception and her colleague who assisted me upon arrival and throughout my stay. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately resolved with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

I would also like to highlight Mr. Minh at Concierge, who has been outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure my travel and cultural experiences in Ho Chi Minh City were seamless — arranging transport to other towns at short notice and was nothing short of thoughtful, diligent, and the consummate professional throughout.

Because of these individuals and the broader team’s fantastic efforts, I chose to book the Hyatt again when returning to Ho Chi Minh City a few days later. My decision to return was purely due to the exceptional service they provided.

Stayed for 2 nights following a week at a beach resort in Mui Ne.

This is a fantastic hotel which provides relaxed sanctuary from the busy city. It's in a perfect, central location with all the main attractions of HCMC within walking distance or via the Hop on Hop off bus which we definitely recommend.

We stayed in a City View room which was a good size and very tastefully decorated.

Breakfast in Opera was excellent with everything you could want. Dinner in Opera is also great with a varied Italian menu.

The hotel has a lovely outside pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax after a day in the city!

The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you.

Beautiful hotel. Staff so helpful. Love the gentlemen at the entry. I booked the wrong pickup spot on Grab. Staff was able to call driver and correct my mistake. Staff spoke very good english.

My second time at Park Hyatt. Just as good the second time as the first. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Saigon. The pool is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of street life outside.

An absolutely top notch hotel. The rooms are very well maintained and attractive. There is a general feeling of luxury throughout the hotel. Service is outstanding, except when the restaurant (for breakfast only) gets too busy, which is when the staff can be stretched.

Thank you Ms. Hang, Ms. Xuan Anh, and Mr. Tuan for your exceptional customer service. I enjoyed my return during Lunar New Year and my Executive Suite Experience.

The dinner at square one was fantastic and the sommelier server Thanh made our dinner experience truly outstanding.

The other sommelier server named Andre working at the breakfast place in the morning helped me retrieving my lost item from a grab. He was extremely helpful efficient and kind. He helped even though it wasn’t his responsibility.

You have truly outstanding staff.
The front desk ms Hang was also very helpful and we enjoyed the signer and pianist at the lounge.

Another great stay. Breakfast is even better than the great breakfast in our previous stay. All the staffs are amazing. We truly love the stepped back in time classy French colonial style of the hotel. Great ambience. The Park Deluxe Suite is truly the best one in the hotel with view of the tropical trees, flowers and green leaves outside and access to the pool. Our stay experience was enhanced highly thanks to Mr. Vinh and Mr. Hoa (FO). Special thanks to your wonderful hospitality and all the staffs of Park Hyatt Saigon. We will be back soon.

Excellent location. The condition of the hotel is perfect with incredible beautiful displays of fresh flowers, paintings, and furnishings.

The room was fine by Asian standards. Everything was working well with wonderful linens and soft pillows. The bed was a bit high for those with small kids or mobility issues. Room was a moderate size. No room upgrade offered as globalist and booked via Amex FHR.

Breakfast options were plentiful, varied, and fresh. Probably one of the best breakfasts of all time. Service at breakfast was impeccable. Someone was there to take our request immediately.

Park Hyatt in HCM has a wonderful location and combines excellent quality with great service in all respects. Definitely a superb hotel!

Having decided to check out of the atrocious Caravelle Hotel we went to the Park Hyatt across the square. And as an example of how to treat clients, the Park Hyatt despatched 2 bell boys to bring our suitcases over to their hotel for us.
We found the stay at the Park Hyatt to be very relaxing, as expected. The swimming pool was great and the service was attentive. Breakfast and dinner were most enjoyable, outside under the cover of enormous sun umbrellas.
We also booked an excellent tour through the hotel; one which took in the places associated with the "American War". We were expecting a van for the transport, but instead we were chauffered around in a Merc limo!!

Great location in the city center.
Swimming pool area is like an oasis in the middle of a bustling city .
Service is fantastic and food is amazing .
Very good atmosphere in lobby area and bar.
