Location
Noise , you can hear anyone in the corridors from your room
Great location. Very nice and comfortable room. Nice view on the square and on the high-rise buildings beyond.
Location is great.
Good food in restaurant and wine selection .
Very noisy , doors banging all through the night and noise in corridor can be heard quite loud in rooms .
We did raise with reception when we left .
Gorgeous hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are extremely nice with everything we needed. The spa was incredible, We did massages and I had a facial. The products used are high quality and I didn't have to worry bout my allergies because they have very little scent. The Opera restaurant is excellent and the selctions are varied and International. We were traveling with Adventures by Disney and I'd stay here if I return.
Came in December and the hotel was Beautiful with Christmas decorations. Food and room service was incredible. Our room was on the 3rd floor open to the pool area. Had a couples massage and husband was very happy. Definitely will be back and refer friends and family.
The building makes you feel like you’ve stepped into history with its quiet elegance and Vietnamese art. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is easily walking distance to sightseeing locations and restaurants. The pool is an oasis. The breakfast is delicious!

Beautiful hotel and the staff is super friendly and attentive. My recommendation when visiting Saigon
The location of the hotel is excellent, central to all the main sights. The ambience is relaxed and calm and provides a perfect break from the busy city outside. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff are friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Breathtaking immaculate guest rooms , sumptuous bedding and huge bathrooms outfitted with an abundance of toiletries. The hotels stunning art collection is worth touring. Breakfast is over the top. The only issue -and it’s a big one-is that the common areas are overrun with wannabe TickTock models and their entourages- occupying tables in the lounge to photograph themselves and clutter spaces with their props, outfits for changing, cameras, etc. making it difficult to get seating for events like high tea, evening entertainment or even just a place to relax in the beautiful environment. Most are not hotel guests and should not be permitted.
We recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saigon for the third time, and despite the abundance of excellent hotel options in Saigon, we continue to return here. Having stayed at more than a dozen hotels over the past 20 years of visiting Saigon, I can confidently say that Park Hyatt remains the best.
While it may not be as modern as some newer luxury chains, it is the definition of refined, understated luxury. The hotel is perfectly located, close to Dong Khoi and Le Loi, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a calm retreat.
We have visited over the past couple of Christmases, and the festive decorations and atmosphere are truly magical. Elegant displays (highlighted by beautiful Christmas trees in the foyer), a warm buzz throughout the hotel, and a sense of occasion that feels special without being overwhelming.
The rooms embody understated luxury, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, and retaining the hotel’s historical charm. No fancy LED lighting, touch panel controls or tablets to control main switches. Everything is just functional and works simply, the way it should.
We stayed in a King room, which comfortably accommodated our family of four with two young children. Bathrooms were kitted out with Le Labo toiletries.
The pool is well maintained and never overcrowded, even during peak periods, and the gym is well equipped (it even provides headphones for treadmills).
Park Hyatt stands out not by being flashy, but by preserving its heritage and elegance. The beautiful artwork throughout the property, traditional Vietnamese lacquer pieces, manicured gardens, high ceilings, and the building’s historical significance all contribute to its charm and sophisticated character. The only notably modern element is the adjoining bar, which caters to more contemporary tastes.
The service is consistently excellent. Reception, restaurant, and hotel staff are professional, attentive, and always willing to assist.
We contacted the hotel ahead of our visit to help secure a Christmas dinner reservation at a restaurant we had unsuccessfully tried to book, and it was handled efficiently and without fuss. We also arranged for Christmas presents to be placed in our room before check in to surprise our children, and the on site manager, whose name I regretfully cannot recall, was incredibly accommodating and enthusiastic in making it happen.
These soft, thoughtful touches highlight how well run and professional the hotel is. We could not speak more highly of our stay and look forward to returning again.
I really liked the beautiful lobby, the delicious breakfast at Opera restaurant, and the attentive, polite staff who try to remember their guests. At dinner, the waitress even remembered my breakfast order, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and pleasant without being intrusive.
The pool and the gym are also great for spending time and relaxing, and there were several sunscreen creams available by the pool. In the evening, I also enjoyed the live piano music and the singer — it created a lovely atmosphere. The bar had a great atmosphere — it felt relaxed, fun, and easy to enjoy. In my view, this is one of the hotel’s standout features.
I would have appreciated a more proactive and solution-oriented concierge service. For example, we urgently needed to find a carry-on bag, and no one suggested the simple option of ordering one via Grab.
It would also be great to have mouthwash provided in the room.
Regarding the restaurants, I felt the food could be more refined, and the overall price-to-quality ratio could be better.
