Un bel établissement pour découvrir Reims.
Pros:

Le personnel est très compétent et aimable. L’immeuble a beaucoup de charme et est bien situé, proche de la cathédrale et du centre ville.

Cons:

La chambre est assez bruyante dès 7 heures du matin. La salle du petit déjeuner est assez exiguë et on s’y sent un peu tassé.

lovely hotel, great staff and nice room - breakfast was limited.
Pros:

location was great, lovely building and beatuifully decorated, great parking in lovely little yard. very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely limited (both choice and quantity) compared to other hotels on this trip at similar price and I felt like I was being watched constantly, which made it quite unpleasant.

Déçus par le niveau de prestation qui pourrait aisément être rehaussé.
Pros:

Jolie chambre.

Cons:

Stationnement impossible dans le parking de l'hôtel avec une voiture un peu large, l'entrée est trop étroite, il faut rester en voirie. Personnel de la réception gentil mais pas au niveau pour un hôtel de ce standing. Outre la tenue et l'attitude, et à titre d'exemple, le même créneau du spa privatif donné à deux chambres différentes. La salle de petit déjeuner était trop proche de la chambre, nous avons été réveillés, trop tôt, par le son des couverts pendant le dressage et les conversations du personnel.

Hotel de charme, idéal pour visiter Reims confortablement
Pros:

Hotel de charme dans une rue calme, chambre agréable, petit-déjeuner très bien, et accès au spa (on peut privatiser pendant une heure la piscine et le sauna, gratuitement) très apprécié !

Reims è la sua splendida cattedrale!
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla anche se un pochino decentrata. Camera molto spaziosa! Struttura storica in quartiere residenziale ! Posteggio sul posto!
