Pros:

The hotel is centrally located with walkability to the train station and main sites in the city. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Belle hotel d'époque, bien situé.
Pros:

Le parking était facile d’accès.
Le petit déjeuner était correct mais un peu limité, avec l’absence de certains essentiels attendus dans un établissement 4 étoiles.
La chambre était très spacieuse, même s’il manquait quelques prises près de la table de nuit pour recharger les appareils.

Cons:

Nous étions logés au premier étage et les clients au‑dessus marchaient d’un pas très lourd, au point de faire vibrer toute la chambre. Même le lustre tremblait et produisait un bruit infernal. Impossible de trouver le sommeil avant minuit.

Classic French hotel, 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral
Pros:

Happily upgraded to a larger room. Very helpful check in. There is no restaurant so helped with booking somewhere for dinner. There is a pool and spa, but did not have chance to see them. Parking is tight, but on street outside is possible, free overnight. Dogs welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic, but acceptable.

This was a pleasant surprise and we decided to stay an extra night.
Pros:

Concierge services were excellent and very helpful. Pool and sauna were very nice. Breakfast was very good and provided extra convenience. The breakfast hours were long enough to accomodate travelers.

Cons:

Some of the systems could be updated, particularly bathroom shower and sink, as well as the air conditioner. None of the problems were signficant enough to report, but could use some attention.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, avec beaucoup de charme, qui vaut son 4 étoiles. Nous y avons passé un week-end, la chambre était décorée avec goût,très cosy et literie confortable. L'endroit est calme et paisible, tout en étant à 15 min du centre, Le personnel est très à l'écoute, à su nous renseigner, et fortement sympathique.
La piscine et la sauna privatisé est un vrai plus. Le petit déj est exceptionnel. La propreté est irréprochable. Je recommande. Merci pour votre accueil !

Great location, good character hotel, friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Really friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Parking inside the hotel which was secure. Swimming pool and sauna for your exclusive use when you booked. Good healthy breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing, really liked it.

Great central hotel, near all the key sights and venues.
Pros:

Great location, close to all the central venues and a short walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful and made our staff that bit more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and the hotel had wonderful atmosphere - old charm with all the modern amenities.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I could really say that I disliked.
