Great hotel for a visit to Reims!
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location in a silent street, but close to the Centre.
Very comfortable rooms and large bathrooms.
Breakfast was excellent and breakfast area very cosy and beautiful.

Cons:

AC was not working very well.

Gorgeous hotel. Luxurious with friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved this hotel. It looks bland from the outside but behind the front doors is a total treasure. Beautifully furnished, with a courtyard and sunny terrace where you can eat breakfast or have drinks. Rooms are large and opulent with a range of champagnes in the mini bar and great toiletries. The staff were so helpful and gave some great recommendations about places to visit and local restaurants.

Für ein paar Tage - super. Personal mehr wie super.
Pros:

Hat viel Geschichte, das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wirklich toll.

Cons:

Geschichte hat auch ihre Nachteile. Die Treppen und Dielen in den Gängen und Zimmern knarzen schon auffällig.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ein wirklich schönes kleines Stadthotel.
Pros:

Wir sind so herzlich empfangen worden. Der Herr war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir auf den Parkplatz geholfen, der perfekt vor dem Haus liegt und uns die Koffer hochgetragen.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Grand Hôtel des Templiers. L'hôtel est agréable, propre, confortable et tout s'est bien déroulé pendant notre séjour.
En revanche, notre départ a malheureusement laissé une très mauvaise impression. Lors du règlement, nous avons découvert que le petit-déjeuner nous était facturé 21 € par personne, alors que sur Booking.com le tarif indiqué était de 11 € pour le petit-déjeuner express. L'hôtel nous a expliqué qu'un message mentionnait un changement de tarif, mais celui-ci était formulé au futur (« les nouveaux tarifs seront... »), ce qui portait clairement à confusion.
Le plus décevant n'est pas tant la différence de prix que la manière dont la situation a été gérée. La responsable s'est montrée très désagréable et peu à l'écoute, allant jusqu'à dire que j'étais la seule à ne pas avoir compris et que tout le monde comprenait, sans chercher à reconnaître que la communication pouvait prêter à confusion. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé.
C'est vraiment dommage, car le séjour s'était très bien passé jusque-là. Une meilleure communication sur les tarifs et une attitude plus professionnelle et commerçante de la direction auraient permis de terminer cette expérience sur une note positive.

Het was prima, maar had beter gemoeten voor de 4 sterren.

Goede locatie, prachtig mooi oud pand, fijn groot goed bed.

Cons:

Oppervlakkige schoonmaak, lekkende kranen, airco verouderd dus kon t eigenlijk niet aan. T was t allemaal net niet.
