Unser Aufenthalt im TUI BLUE Rocador war einfach rundum perfekt und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wirklich wertgeschätzt. So einen Service erlebt man selten.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Paqui, Elena und Jose aus dem Restaurant Team. Ihr wart einfach großartig, immer aufmerksam, herzlich, gut gelaunt und mit echter Freude bei der Arbeit. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub jeden Tag noch schöner gemacht!

Auch ein großes Lob an den Lifeguard des Hotels. Obwohl meine Verletzung außerhalb des Hotels passiert ist, war er unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns wirklich beeindruckt.

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, modern und in perfekter Lage. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, das Essen hervorragend und man merkt in jedem Bereich, mit wie viel Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Excellente adresse sur Cala d'Or
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la Cala Gran, offrant une vue magnifique dès le réveil. D'une propreté irréprochable, l'ensemble du personnel fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une extrême gentillesse. Un grand merci particulièrement à Stéphanie.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est très confortable.
Beaucoup d'activités sur place et d'infrastructures pour se distraire. Côté restauration, les buffets du petit déjeuner et du soir sont très variés et de bonne qualité.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Mooi hotel, lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel en prachtige locatie.

Cons:

Onze geboekte kamer was prachtig (hoogste verdieping) maar net onder de afzuiginstallatie van de keuken. Werkt tot 22.00 u en vanaf 04.00 u dus stil was het ''s nachts niet maar we kregen een kamer 1 verdieping lager en die was perfect.

Pros:

Tout est très bien: adult only, stationnement, emplacement, gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel, piscines (relativement froides mais ok)

Cons:

Les boissons sont à payer lors du repas, même pour de l’eau, les sodas sont indiqués 33cl pour 3,5€ or il vous est servi des sodas de 23,7cl.. les repas le soir sont souvent les mêmes

La salida a la playa mas chula de la zona, el personal de comedor aonre todo Jose y Antonia fueron de lo mejor, los cocineros y la comida muy top, la paella y la fideuá son una esquisitez! Las zonas de piscina y terraza muy amplias.

Cons:

Caña a 4 euros.. pelin excesivo

Sehr schön gelegen am Strand der Bucht und nahe der Gastronomie-Meile

Nahegelegene nächtliche Zimmerparty … kann das Hotel nichts für.

Goed hotel op een top locatie met goed ontbijt.
Pros:

De ligging was geweldig. Je loopt zo het dorp in en vanaf het hotel ook zo het strandje op.

Cons:

Het is nogal een stukje lopen door het hotel heen voordat je op je kamer bent.

Theft in the hotel
Pros:

Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I lost expensive headphones that I needed for work at the moment due to theft happening in this hotel. You would have thought that on the hotel premises you can leave your things on a sunbed for a moment while going to water etc, but apparently not. My headphones disappeared and no one could do anything... First time such thing happened to me at any hotel. There are no cameras and no one is watching who enters the hotel and to my inquires they just responded "well, someone probably took it"... Also rooms with pool view are incredibly noisy all the time. Fans plus machinery from the bar plus who knows what other machines create an illusion of living in a factory, impossible to sleep or relax. Never experienced something like this and I previously stayed in hotel from this chain in Mallorca and I was very happy with it - it was calm and quiet...
