We had a great stay at Grupotel. The location is perfect and the direct beach access was a huge plus. The hotel was always beautifully maintained and clean, and the staff were all friendly and caring. The breakfast was great too. We will definitely be staying here again

Air con in the room was a bit of a miss. So most nights were spent on top of the covers. Other than that it met expectations!

It was our second time in the hotel, which has a top location next to the biggest beach of the city and close to the center area.
The hotel has plenty of sunbeds in a chill area, from where you can directly access the beach through a small gate.
Food is delicious, you can choose from various sea food and other options.
The room (side sea view) is clean and the bed is comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The only thing which should be improved is the temperature in the restaurant area. Sometimes we were even sweating during the dinner despite the presence of the air conditioners. But overall, it was only a minor issue and we would definitely stay here again in case of visiting Cala DÓr.
The hotel was large and had many facilities. So super close to the beach, I loved that we were so close!! Best location because it’s central to everything. So close to all the most amazing restaurants and walking distance to all surrounding beaches. Staff were friendly and accomodating to anything needed
We could hear people walking past, or people cleaning other surrounding rooms in the morning. Especially after long days sometimes it’s nice to have a short sleep in. They offered laundry services but was shocked about the pricing of it!

I loved how close it was to the beach!!! Loved the omelet bar and the specialty meat from the grill each night. Great for adults only!
Location is unreal, can walk directly onto the beach from the hotel. pool area is nice and plenty of space, rooms are clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good.
Only negative was we requested an airport transfer which they arranged, only to have to wait an hour after landing and call 4/5 times to be picked up because they somehow forgot our booking
