Pros:

The proximity to the historic district and the fact that the hotel took care of our rental scooters.

Cons:

The bedding was old and frayed. We also had to have maintaince come and turn on the hot water. They also said they were giving us a handicap room, and they did not.So they said that they would take off the parking cost from our bill , but they didn't take the cost off.

Perfect location
Pros:

An excellent location perfect for exploring Savannah

Cons:

The decor was a little dated but in fairness our room was clean.
Breakfast wasn’t great either and access to hot drinks wasn’t convenient to where breakfast was being served.

Very comfortable and inviting with friendly staff!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean as was the hotel in general. Very comfortable and inviting. We had a room with king bed and sofa and both were very comfortable. Sofa was deep enough to enjoy spending time on it. Very nice room.

Cons:

I didn’t request the cleaning service during our stay but I did ask the front desk to ask the housekeeping staff to empty our trash and take a dirty towel from bathroom floor as we had spilled a Diet Coke and had to use a hand towel to clean it. I also asked for a new bath towel. I double checked with desk to see if if they got that request. She knew my room number and assured me the message was passed to housekeeping. It was not done.
Other than that everything was great! The breakfasts were great with good variety and again friendly staff.
