Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

When i got there I was shocked that I had to pay $35 a day to park. Also you had to request to get your room cleaned.

O vaso sanitário estava entupido e não arrumaram o meu quarto durante o dia. Eu saí o dia todo e retornei as 11:30 pm e não tinham arrumado nada . Reclamei na portaria .

Clean hotel, family friendly and downtown location.
Pros:

Room was as described. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. The room attendant Alma was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking deck was a but of a walk from hotel.

Close to everything downtown. Breakfast was good and it was clean.

The beds were terrible. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced.

Close enough to entertainment, but far enough for peace and quiet.
Pros:

My daughter and granddaughter were satisfied with their breakfast each morning. The pool area was very nice and we were fortunate that it wasn't crowded. Ice was convenient.

Cons:

The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking is not adequate. The last day we had to park in the parking garage a couple of blocks over and I didn't feel completely safe after dark.

It was a good value and had a nice staff.
Pros:

The lobby was welcoming and comfortable. The location was nice. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

The elevators weren’t all working, so that was a little slow, but not too bad.

Hotel in a great location to the historic area.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough that I was able to decorate a 3 tier wedding cake in the room with my supplies.

Cons:

Breakfast at that price was not much better than economy hotels.

Loved it - highly recommend.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable - like a well appointed bedroom rather than a motel room. Walk in shower was nice, too!

Cons:

Parking was an issue - no one told us about satellite parking at the next door hotel when we checked in, so we had to deal with that later.

I will return for the next trip.
Pros:

I really liked the size of both the room and the bathroom in my suite. The room was clean, and all of the towels and bedding were fresh and well-maintained.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions during check-in and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
Another highlight was the coffee served throughout the day. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent it was. Thank you for providing such great coffee—it was truly appreciated. The breakfast was good as well.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for your south hospitality.

Cons:

Parking was not included and I paid $35 per night. However, this was reflected when I booked.
Pool furniture was ok, expected a bit better quality.

Fabulous quick getaway in historic Savannah
Pros:

The breakfast each morning had a variety of options Perfect location to eat and be on your way. Tree and YoYo were fabulous hostesses. Monique at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.
