Aniyah was the high point of our visit. She offered to help with any of our needs thru out our stay.
Pros:

Great welcome when we arrived. Everything explained by Aniyah upon arrival.

Cons:

Need at least 2 smaller luggage carts. Ones that were avaliable were way to large to move around.

Liked the facility and location. People were friendly. An Elevator was not working….that slowed everything down.

Cons:

Elevator was not working and hated dealing with booking.com. Will never use them again.

Great hotel within walking distance to all wee needed.
Pros:

Walking distance to all we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable room

Leuk hotel
Pros:

Leuk hotel net buiten het centrum.
Ruime kamer en badkamer, alleen maakte de airco wat herrie.
Auto kan geparkeerd worden in een gedeelde parkeergarage op een paar minuten lopen.
Ook heeft het hotel een zwembad met handdoeken.
Prima ontbijt voor Amerikaanse begrippen.

Weinig parkeerplaatsen als je later bent.

Convenient to the Riverwalk

Cons:

Wife and I couldn’t get any sleep due to the LOUD STREET NOISE from motorcycles and loud cars driving by all night! We stayed in room #112 which was located nest to the Main Street!!!!!

The hotel was centrally located within walking distance of many venues. The staff was friendly. The room was excellent and the concierge’s help immensely.

Most likely will not stay at this hotel again unless elevator system is replaced or over hauled.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but small for a "suite". Breakfast was very good although I was disappointed in no fruit at all one day, and just bananas and oranges the 2nd day.

Cons:

Elevator system in poor shape. We were stuck in a broken-down elevator for 15 minutes on evening.
The parking situation was poor. Very few convenient spots and overflow parking garage was far from hotel entry point and possibly unsafe at night.
Carpet in the 2nd floor hallway was buckled in one spot causing a trip hazard.
