Loved the property. Beautiful and fit in well with the area. Near everything we needed.
Location was perfect!
Air conditioning was poor, room stayed at 77 the entire stay. We called the front desk and maintenance several times with no answer. Pay for parking at $35 a day is a bit over the top. I have stay at many hotels that average at $25 a day.

Upon arrival to the Savannah property, we discovered that the bathroom was in dire need of refurbishing (grout work, tub refinishing, the floors needed retiling. This was our first time staying there. We are frequent travelers to Savannah for an annual conference and have stayed at great properties. Imagine our disappointment. Not only will i not stay again, I will not recommend and I will post my comments on social media outlets. This is totally unacceptable.

Bring this property into the 21st Century. Carpet needs to be removed from the floors. Too many things to list. Im sure that you are aware of how old this property is and the needed repairs...Just Do It.
The location
The food staff were very rude. On Saturday morning one made a comment to me “ can’t you close the lid”. Then the trash cans were over flowing and the next worker said “ I can’t do it all”. Very rude we didn’t go back down for breakfast.
The check-in Staff were friendly, fast and very accommodating!!! The Staff at Breakfast made you feel like you were family!!! The Cleaning Crew also made you feel like family and were fast at cleaning and made the hotel look amazing!!!
When we arrived, as we were headed to our checked room it felt like we were descending into Hades. We thought it was because it was super hot and muggy outside... Room... the same... Room did not cool down until midnight and we checked in at 4pm. No one told us their main ACs in the hallways on our side of the hotel had been out for over a month. We couldn't swith rooms, unfortunately, 4th of July weekend. They did send someone to fix our room AC, compted our first night, and by the time trip was over, 4 days later, the AC for our side of the hotel was arriving. So hopefully it will work for the next guest.

O vaso sanitário estava entupido e não arrumaram o meu quarto durante o dia. Eu saí o dia todo e retornei as 11:30 pm e não tinham arrumado nada . Reclamei na portaria .
Room was as described. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. The room attendant Alma was friendly and helpful.
Parking deck was a but of a walk from hotel.
Location was great
When i got there I was shocked that I had to pay $35 a day to park. Also you had to request to get your room cleaned.
