Only one washcloth in bathroom, only two cups provided, and only decaf coffee at in room coffeemaker.

Bed super uncomfortable, the lady at the front desk was rude and terrible, the guy who fixed everything and made it right was decent

Rooms were dirty furniture in bad condition stains and dirt on walls sofa riddled with stains.

Old, non remodeled room, sofa was full of hair and stained. Latch to door was broken off, lamp shades were stained, wall paper was stained and dirty. Seriously overpriced for the condition of the room.

When we first arrived we waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone came to check us in, and yes we pressed the bell for assistance numerous times. Our room looked and smelled dirty. The bedding was stained or just truly looked unwashed. The shower head was broken and soaked the entire floor. There was scum all over the bath walls and floor and just was very unsanitary. There was water damage from the window leaking onto the walls. The couch had gross stains on it as well and I didn’t even want to sit on it. I am not one to complain but this room was a true disappointment, not to add the price for the stay. It was like staying in a ran down motel with 4 star prices. Do not recommend.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty /yellow. Parking area had locals just hanging out .

Run down hotel and the pillows were so gross we wouldn’t use them. We asked for more towels so we could sleep on them and bought blankets at a local store because we were not sleeping in those sheets.

The service was poor lady at desk not to polite didn’t accommodate my booking that I did online

Lights were out in the room and were not fixed even after reporting. Internet and lights were out for almost the whole day on last day and NO discount or sympathy was extended. Front desk attendant was Indian and accent was thick and at times unable to decipher and she could have cared less

El desayuno pésimo. No tienen comida caliente. En la mañana colocan un aviso que no tendrán comida caliente. Bueno, igual lo que tienen es malo, no es agradable y no son generosos con lo que colocan para comer. Colocan 3 o 4 jugos, sabiendo que es lo único que tienen, igual con los yogures.
En la primera habitación el lavamanos estaba tapado y nos cambiaron y en la siguiente la ducha estaba tapada.

Las almohadas no son cómodas.
Encontramos unas sábanas sucias en el sofá cama.
Nada funciona bien. No sirve la máquina de cafe. No tienen café,Cagua, ni nada para los huéspedes Todo esta descuidado.los baños no está actualizado con los jabones, shampoo y loción.
No parece un Confort Inn. No sé recomienda.

They did not have the advertised breakfast! And in the corners of the bathroom, on the floor was just caked full of grunge, and there was visible mold everywhere. There is toothpaste splattered all over the front of the sink. We booked two rooms, We asked for rooms close to each other; we were on separate floors initially. But then one of the room keys did not work so they moved that room up to the floor, where the other room was! Why they didn’t just put the rooms as close together as possible in the first place we’ll never know! The entire experience was horrific!!! The health department should definitely be involved in checking this hotel out.

Room needed some repairs

Upon entry the front desk clerk was asleep and I rang the bell several times before he came to assist me. I checked in went to check the room out and I was given a room that was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and he seemed surprised it was occupied so we tried again…went to my room and instantly the was an awful smell in the room like it was musty and moldy. I was tired and I was only going to be there a few hours so I toughed it out and just slept fully clothed on top of the sheets which the pillows and sheets smelled musty like the linen hadn’t been changed. Worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there at all!!

That they said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t.
